"This location is not run like the others, so slow and unorganized!The staff was struggling with simple hot dog orders like it was their 1st day on the job, this guy was putting onion slices on my hot dogs instead of the chopped onions that are actually for hot dogs!? and after waiting 15 minutes, didn't get anything the way we ask for it.Should've known something was wrong when the couple in front of me complained about waiting 20 minutes for 2 plain beefs and 2 hotdogs.On top of everything else, when I asked the hot dog genius where the manager was, he started mouthing off and told me the manager was busy.I will never go back to this location!"

Portillo's is a Chicago classic. There is not a single bad item on the menu. I recommend starting with the Italian beef sandwich, and be sure to ask for it dry with gravy on the side so you can dip every bite.

To my surprise, everything was ready right on time when I arrived to pick it up! The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I waited for my dinner, the guy with the black bart. only those who have no masks prepared for our eating. I don't care how he prepared our food. I will skip the details. if they see what I sold, they would probably never order their food from this place again. By the way, eating was in order, so I marked 2 stars.

Always messing up the orders!! Missing either the sauce or cheese fries! All workers are always nice and friendly however, doesn’t help when they NEVER get my order correct!! I think it has to do with the way the order comes up. So you can see on the picture it says 2 TEND with 2 BBQ, well it’s supposed to be 2 BBQ for EACH order, and the 2 reg cheese sauce was for the fries ? View menu

We waited 30 minutes to receive our food after placing our order. It seems like the restaurant forgot about us and gave our order to the wrong car. It's surprising how they could make such a mistake when our car had a visible number on it. It's possible that reading is a challenge for them, or maybe even taking a simple payment. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this restaurant.

This location has been the worst Portillo’s I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they happen to NEVER get orders correct, but they continue to never give the full order you pay for. Employees are so careless and have attitude when you ask for napkins since they never wipe the cups down before handing them to you. Management should focus on the lack of effort their employees provide, terribly ran location! This was my cheeseburger after waiting in a 30 minute line, and I’d show the rest if it wasn’t forgotten either!!
