"However, we had an unpleasant experience with the man who took our order. He was rude while we were placing our order, and when my sister's sandwich arrived incorrectly, the staff member who brought it out simply set it down without addressing the issue. My sister checked her receipt to confirm the order was entered correctly, which it was, so she approached the table to explain the situation. The same rude man was standing next to the staff member while my sister was talking to her. He rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath. Customer service is an essential part of dining out, and it’s important to be mindful of how you treat customers. I noticed him behaving similarly with other patrons, sighing, making faces, and rolling his eyes. That’s definitely not acceptable."

"Visited charley today and order 48$ worth of food, wasn’t really happy with it because I know they can do better,Let’s start with my wings, apparently they were fried hard or been sitting for a long time to the point they were not edible, rock solid hard, good favor but couldn’t eat them because they was hard. "Save your money! I initially wanted to order a cheesesteak, but when I noticed the beef sitting out behind the counter being prepared on a regular surface instead of a refrigerated station, I had to rethink my choice. The beef looked like the cheap frozen kind, all squared off with white paper in between. This is unacceptable for the prices they charge! I decided to go for the wings instead, but they turned out to be bland and extremely dry—definitely either frozen or reheated. Plus, they were overpriced. Honestly, you could make something much better at home. If I could get a refund, I would! This has been a major letdown!"

"First off let me say that it was my first experience with Charley's. We ordered a manager's special ???? it was fresh, and hot. I got home and split my sandwich with my husband, we both agreed it was good but there was absolutely no seasoning on the chicken steak sandwich I purchased. The only thing that gave the sandwich some sort of flavor was the onions, peppers and Mayonnaise. We were hungry so of course we ate it. They should think of a seasoning blend to put on the meat because not everybody likes bland food."

"I visited Charleys Philly Steaks for the first time and was not disappointed. Their menu offers a variety of Philly cheesesteaks and other sandwiches to choose from. They also have delicious loaded fries and milkshakes for dessert. I opted for the Pepperoni Cheesesteak sandwich, which comes with steak, pepperoni, onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. For my side, I chose the ultimate loaded fries, which were crispy fries topped with bacon, cheese sauce, and ranch dressing. Everything was fantastic! Charleys has definitely moved ahead of Subway in my rankings of favorite sandwich places, along with Firehouse."

"I've been to Charleys from the West Coast to Florida. Most Charleys on the West Coast are located near military bases, so when I saw one in Orlando, I thought it was really cool. The location at Waterford is good, but the Colonial location is one of the best overall. The service is hot and fast, and their sandwiches are loaded with meat—definitely worth it! That's why I give them high ratings for fast food-style Philly sandwiches. Eduardo, an older gentleman at the register (I think that's his name), was very friendly and did a great job. We'll definitely be back in the future, thanks to him and the staff!"

"I didn’t usually leave reviews for fast food places but Mgt needs to know. We’ve eaten in many Charlie’s cheesesteak locations in Florida and even in Fairfield Commons Mall. They are always very tasty. Today was terrible. The cashier was more concerned about complaining about her day to cook than taking the order and the cook who I didn’t really notice till he called me to get my food “Yo… yo your food” I got a large Philly cheese steak that was bland and over cooked. The food was poor but the service is the reason I’d never go to this location again. It’s pretty hard to mess up their subs as they are typically at the very least pretty tasty to really good."
