"We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright."

"only at applebee’s for the first time in probably 8yrs, and it will be at least that before I go back. service was ok and was probably quite good by the latest standards (post covid.) that eating was extremely slow to get out of the kitchen about 30 min. I ordered the classic bourbon street steak medium rare. that was one of the worst steaks I ever had. it seemed to be boiled properly, but was so hard I could hardly cut it with a steak knife, let alone chewing it. I had made good steaks much tenderer. I could swallow some bits. the garlic potatoes were tasteless. my wife got the 6oz steak who wasn't better, although she managed to eat about 1/2 before she stopped. When the waiter brought the ticket, he asked if we wanted to crate when we said no and he barely touched the food, he did not want to ask if something was wrong. everything spent in all a good amount of money for terrible eating, for which we had to wait for a long time. only for the case that they wondered that the restaurant was full at less than 25%, so no apology for slow eating. Of course, going to mcdonalds is eating much better and that is very regrettable."

"They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). The Buffalo wings were definitely the best. The fries were good too—not soggy at all and nicely crisp. The coleslaw only came with the first plate, and I would have preferred that over the ranch, which had a flavor reminiscent of blue cheese, for some reason. Lastly, we used the restrooms, and while there was a bit of mess, they were mostly clean and smelled really nice—like a whole bunch of raspberries. I don't usually eat at Applebee's (maybe once a year), but I think I could see myself coming back to this location next year."

"Warning: This restaurant is serving spoiled meat, which is completely unacceptable. When my partner raised this issue to the manager, she mentioned that the meat is pre-sliced and such incidents sometimes occur. However, if I can detect that the meat is spoiled just by smelling it, it should not be served to customers. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning. Kudos to Dani, our server, for trying to rectify the situation. It is concerning to think that such a situation could potentially make someone ill and yet still be allowed to leave the kitchen."

"When we arrived there were a couple of other couple. I guess because we had a reservation we were seated first. We sat at our table for about 25 minutes and no server arrived. We finally asked and a server was sent immediately. We ordered Spring Rolls and Muscles to share, 2 cups of soup and 2 stuffed lobster dinners. We got our appetizers and really enjoyed them, then our server brought 1 cup of soup and 1 stuffed lobster dinner. We told her we had both ordered each. She went and ordered the other two items. When I got this lobster, it was not completely cooked. We requested our dinners to be wrapped to go home where I would cook it completely. Our server did go to the manager and we were comp the one meal. It was just not a pleasant experience for celebrating our 30th Anniversary. Normally, we have always had a pleasant experience with delicious food. I know it was Valentine’s Day, but …"

"This is my chosen place to have a good filling meal and great drinks in a clean and friendly environment. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and fast. One special quality I see in them is they some how chose the right moment to come by to take order and always ask if I need more time. Even after we are well into our meal they would keep an eye out when they are serving near by tables. I am listing these out to make a point the attentiveness I get is phenomenal. This is one place I don't go broke buying drinks. The perfect Margarita for example is a full tumbler easily three drinks. You must try the new Strawberry Margarita!! It is quite lovely. I like their menu as I get to experience many grilled items. My favourite is Chicken with charred Shrimp. It is well done, flavourful and well worth the money. Their burgers are meant for hungry people! It is very good. The card readers on the tables ensure safety of the customer's debit or credit cards. This feature is very important and remove unnecessary burden on servers of being responsible for debit/credit cards and eliminate fraud or claims. Overall, I am very happy with their food and service. I recommend this location whether it a rushed lunch or an extended lunch or supper/dinner. You would sure want to visit again."

"**Update 3/17/2024:** I waited over 45 minutes for appetizers, and the drinks were so bad that I had to send them back. To make matters worse, I found a piece of plastic in my burger. It took more than 15 minutes to get A1 sauce, which was frustrating. This experience has served as a strong reminder not to return. I am genuinely shocked this place is still in business; it seems like 9 times out of 10 I have to wait over 30 minutes whenever I visit. Most of the staff appear to be unhappy with their jobs. During my most recent visit, our waitress was friendly, which was a welcome change, but the overall wait times for service, food, and drinks are still excessive. Every time I order a steak, it has never been satisfactory, regardless of which one I choose. On my last visit, I had wings and ended up with food poisoning, which prompted me to call and complain. The soups and salads are consistently unfresh, and I honestly can't say I've ever had a good meal there—never once. Additionally, the drinks are twice as expensive as those at other restaurants in town. Unfortunately, I don't have a single positive thing to say about Applebee's."

"I recently visited this restaurant on the Saturday before Labor Day, but instead of enjoying time with my family and friends, I have been struggling to recover from food poisoning. Shortly after eating lunch at this establishment, I began experiencing symptoms that have persisted until today, Labor Day. This has been the most difficult day yet. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food that makes customers sick, and this is the second time in my life that I have experienced food poisoning. It has ruined my mountain trip and now my holiday with loved ones. I urge the restaurant to take hygiene seriously, including regularly washing hands, maintaining a clean kitchen, and avoiding serving outdated food. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. Although I am grateful that it was only me who fell ill and not my family, I cannot overstate my disappointment. It is simply not right. I have cooked for my children their entire lives and they have never experienced food poisoning. It is truly a shame."

"Decide to go to Applebee’s and have afternoon lunch.Walked in sit down to ordered didn’t seem like the bar made or waitress seem to be worried about my order. Had to question her a couple times manager come out I explain to her what I asked for and I asked her why she was sent out. She gave me a long story and she didn’t like something so I questioned her about her review on Facebook and she got all upset about it and actually was very rude. at the end she gave us a free meal and that’s not what we went there for we went there to have a good afternoon lunch and enjoy the television and enjoy the rest of our day, but that did not happen at Applebee’s this time Whatever happened to the good Applebee’s I don’t think they exist any longer will be going back."

"After I stuck in a place for almost 8 hours without food, I could order online before the cutoff time. I was pretty hungry. I was so excited that I also ordered Dessert. I ate my food and half the deceased dessert. I felt fed and everything tasted perfect. It made me seriously audible with tooth noise. "I have dined here several times always had a wonderful experience. Took my daughter out yesterday for lunch. The hostesse was getting ready to prepare the two tables right across from us for a table of 8. I politely asked her if she wouldn't seat them directly across from us. It was about 8 tables down from us that could be placed the exact same way we just not directly across from us. She said ok then marched off to clean the other table so she could seat the party of 8. In the mean time a coworker ask her what's going on. She whispers and looks bk at me. By this time I am staring at these two ladies talk about me. I was upset but continued with my meal. Paid for my food and tipped my waitress. It wasn't her fault that the hostesses is disrespectful and obviously has no customer service skills. If you wanted to talk about a customer, do it where they can't hear you. I won't be back and the look of it doesn't look like you can stand to loose customers."

"My experience dining in the neighborhood wasn't very good. Cimone was wonderful once she attended to us, but it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. I was quite disappointed with my overcooked medium ribeye, and the area where we were seated was quite dirty for the first 15 minutes of our visit. I’ll give it two stars for the value of the kids' meal and for the opportunity to spend quality time with my kids during an early Sunday dinner."

"The food was good, and the waitress was friendly and efficient. However, I would never order takeout from this place again. Two of my orders were incorrect, and during my last visit, I spent over 20 minutes trying to sort out missing items that I had already paid for. I arrived at the restaurant with my phone in hand to address the issue. When the manager came out, her response was extremely condescending, making me feel like I was the problem. Although she did eventually provide the missing items, I left feeling unsatisfied. It took me months to return to the restaurant. Fortunately, my dining experience there was positive overall."
