"Decide to go to Applebee’s and have afternoon lunch.Walked in sit down to ordered didn’t seem like the bar made or waitress seem to be worried about my order. Had to question her a couple times manager come out I explain to her what I asked for and I asked her why she was sent out. She gave me a long story and she didn’t like something so I questioned her about her review on Facebook and she got all upset about it and actually was very rude. at the end she gave us a free meal and that’s not what we went there for we went there to have a good afternoon lunch and enjoy the television and enjoy the rest of our day, but that did not happen at Applebee’s this time Whatever happened to the good Applebee’s I don’t think they exist any longer will be going back."

Here’s something to consider if you weren't aware: if you're enjoying a 16oz draft beer, you can't order a shot until you've finished your beer!

The food and drinks are fantastic, as always! The service is excellent, and our waitress was absolutely amazing! I love the Massillon Applebee's; I've never had a bad experience there.

When you order and tell them no jalapeños and they still put them in the dish. The meat was over cooked. Will never order from here again. Rockne’s is going to get my business from now on. View menu

Very clean, staff was friendly and greeted us at the door. There was a wait but they made sure we got our drinks taken care of as soon as we sat. Food was out much sooner than we thought and turned out amazing!

I had a very delicious Bourbon Mushroom Swiss burger and fries!! Our server was a young gentleman with blonde hair and I told him he was an exceptional server! On point with drinks napkins and asking did we need anything else...very personable!

We went in for dinner, and the host seated us but then proceeded to ask three different waitresses to serve us. Each one declined, saying it wasn't their section. This discussion continued for about 10 minutes as they argued over who would take our table, and ultimately we decided to leave. We will never return to that restaurant. View menu

I had a delightful dining experience at the restaurant. It was clean and well-maintained. Our server, Jamie, was outstanding—she was attentive and made sure our water and iced tea were always topped up. The meal was delicious; I ordered the Lime chicken, which came in generous portions. Although our fries were initially cold, they were quickly replaced with hot ones. Overall, it was very good. Our total bill came to $27 for dinner, including drinks.

I'm giving this visit a 5-star review. The food was fantastic! I ordered the Whiskey Bacon burger without the bun, along with fries. The burger was incredibly flavorful and juicy—much better than the last one I had at this location. The chef really knew how to cook a burger! Our server was very attentive, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything, and the manager even stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. Overall, it was an excellent experience with outstanding service.
