"The ambiance is beautiful and very conducive to having a conversation. And of course, if you are seeing a performance at the Fox, the location is perfect! I can only comment on their brunch buffet. Because of the ambiance location, I would like to go back when I can order off the menu but not for the buffet. We did not know when we made our reservation that mealtime before Fox matinee’s are buffet only. At first look, it looked like we were going to be in for a real treat! The buffet was visually beautiful! The food that was supposed to be hot was nearly ice cold and the food that was supposed to be cold was room temperature. I chose pancakes at one point because I saw a staff member just bringing them out and I really wanted something hot and fresh (I assumed they were just made), but they were cold and crunchy. Didn’t even know a pancake could become crunchy?.? The scrambled eggs were ice cold and I think from powdered eggs. I enjoyed the salad bar portion but not worth"

"The Ruben was fantastic. My friend tried the Parmesan Wings with Blue Cheese and I have to say, that Blue Cheese was the best I've ever tasted. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Wings."

"Everything about this place was not good except we were greeted at the door. That was nice. But even though we made a reservation we were told to find a table and the only tables were right by the door which kept blowing open. Then the service was bad took long time to take the order, get drinks (which were wrong 2 times) and then when the food came it was missing sides sauces and that took time to flag someone down. They have no business calling themselves anything but a sports bar. The food was just one step above fast food quality. And I was so disappointed to see Beyond Meat on the menu. As a vegetarian, I am no longer being able to get a burger. Vegetarians are not looking for something that mimics meat or taste juicy like a burger....we gave up meat. So I order what I thought was safe an egg skillet and it was just ok. Nothing special and kind of greasy. I will never go back and I guess they won 't really care as the placed was packed with screaming children and loud TVs."

"My experience at the restaurant was overall fantastic, but it was overshadowed by the behavior of the hostesses. As someone familiar with the service industry, I understand the difficulties they encounter, but their unprofessional conduct and inappropriate remarks toward customers were quite disappointing. While the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive, the hostesses were rude and disrespectful. Their complaints about low wages and their job responsibilities were unnecessary and unprofessional. Seemingly more focused on their own grievances than on delivering good customer service, they made our family celebration less enjoyable. Their mocking comments about our clothing choices were completely unacceptable. I truly appreciate the hard work of the rest of the team, but it’s clear that these hostesses need further training in basic customer service skills. Their behavior was disrespectful and insulting, which unfortunately means we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"I have placed an online order. at the ordered time for the order displayed. I waited 30 minutes at the designated place to get food. No one came. went before the business and asked for a manager. waited ten minutes to see manager sam. they were just occupied. explained that I had ordered online, was not ready to eat and nobody was there to talk about my order. I wanted my money back. he said to call the restaurant later and he would take care of it. he asked him for his visit card. he said no and he had to get back to work. Never come back."

"My partner and I recently visited Zesti for the second time, and once again, it did not disappoint. We made a reservation through OpenTable for the evening and were promptly seated upon our arrival. Bread and water were quickly served at our table, and the extensive menu, featuring a range of international dishes, made it hard to decide what to order. We kicked off our meal with fried calamari, followed by a refreshing tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad. For our main courses, we both chose specials: my partner relished the lamb shank, while I enjoyed a 14-ounce ribeye. We wrapped up our meal with a delightful chocolate hazelnut torte. Although I found the calamari a bit too salty this time, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The portion sizes were generous, leaving me with enough for leftovers. We highly recommend Zesti for its delicious food, reasonable prices, and perfectly sized portions."

"I had a very good experience here for my very first time. I ordered a salmon sandwich and had french fries. I was very pleased with the fact that they fulfilled my order as I requested. The salmon sandwich is technically supposed to be served cold. However, I requested that they heat the salmon and they did. The restrooms were clean and the server was nice. I don 't really have a lot to say about the experience except that it was a good time. It 's definitely a feel good restaurant. Hence my giving them four stars as opposed to five."

"We brought our grandchildren to dinner today, October 8th, 2023. After ordering drinks - 2 sodas, 2 teas, and 1 chocolate milk - we were informed that they were out of everything we had requested. When we asked if our 6-year-old granddaughter could have penne noodles with her meal, as that was all she wanted, we were denied. We ended up spending $80 and found the management at this location to be both incompetent in ordering supplies and rude. The service for dine-in was disappointing overall."

"This is my chosen place to have a good filling meal and great drinks in a clean and friendly environment. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and fast. One special quality I see in them is they some how chose the right moment to come by to take order and always ask if I need more time. Even after we are well into our meal they would keep an eye out when they are serving near by tables. I am listing these out to make a point the attentiveness I get is phenomenal. This is one place I don't go broke buying drinks. The perfect Margarita for example is a full tumbler easily three drinks. You must try the new Strawberry Margarita!! It is quite lovely. I like their menu as I get to experience many grilled items. My favourite is Chicken with charred Shrimp. It is well done, flavourful and well worth the money. Their burgers are meant for hungry people! It is very good. The card readers on the tables ensure safety of the customer's debit or credit cards. This feature is very important and remove unnecessary burden on servers of being responsible for debit/credit cards and eliminate fraud or claims. Overall, I am very happy with their food and service. I recommend this location whether it a rushed lunch or an extended lunch or supper/dinner. You would sure want to visit again."

"Tried to order online payment system wasn’t working so I called them. Automated system. Really an automated system for a restaurant? Really putting the LAZY in lazy daisy am i right? Automated system directs you to the same link I was using with the failed payment system, tried to speak to a representative no one answered. It diverted me to the voicemail which I had an inbox that was full. Unclear how you can exist as a business in today’s day and age without a working ordering system."

"**Update 3/17/2024:** I waited over 45 minutes for appetizers, and the drinks were so bad that I had to send them back. To make matters worse, I found a piece of plastic in my burger. It took more than 15 minutes to get A1 sauce, which was frustrating. This experience has served as a strong reminder not to return. I am genuinely shocked this place is still in business; it seems like 9 times out of 10 I have to wait over 30 minutes whenever I visit. Most of the staff appear to be unhappy with their jobs. During my most recent visit, our waitress was friendly, which was a welcome change, but the overall wait times for service, food, and drinks are still excessive. Every time I order a steak, it has never been satisfactory, regardless of which one I choose. On my last visit, I had wings and ended up with food poisoning, which prompted me to call and complain. The soups and salads are consistently unfresh, and I honestly can't say I've ever had a good meal there—never once. Additionally, the drinks are twice as expensive as those at other restaurants in town. Unfortunately, I don't have a single positive thing to say about Applebee's."

"I have dined here several times always had a wonderful experience. Took my daughter out yesterday for lunch. The hostesse was getting ready to prepare the two tables right across from us for a table of 8. I politely asked her if she wouldn't seat them directly across from us. It was about 8 tables down from us that could be placed the exact same way we just not directly across from us. She said ok then marched off to clean the other table so she could seat the party of 8. In the mean time a coworker ask her what's going on. She whispers and looks bk at me. By this time I am staring at these two ladies talk about me. I was upset but continued with my meal. Paid for my food and tipped my waitress. It wasn't her fault that the hostesses is disrespectful and obviously has no customer service skills. If you wanted to talk about a customer, do it where they can't hear you. I won't be back and the look of it doesn't look like you can stand to loose customers."

"Decide to go to Applebee’s and have afternoon lunch.Walked in sit down to ordered didn’t seem like the bar made or waitress seem to be worried about my order. Had to question her a couple times manager come out I explain to her what I asked for and I asked her why she was sent out. She gave me a long story and she didn’t like something so I questioned her about her review on Facebook and she got all upset about it and actually was very rude. at the end she gave us a free meal and that’s not what we went there for we went there to have a good afternoon lunch and enjoy the television and enjoy the rest of our day, but that did not happen at Applebee’s this time Whatever happened to the good Applebee’s I don’t think they exist any longer will be going back."

"The food was good, and the waitress was friendly and efficient. However, I would never order takeout from this place again. Two of my orders were incorrect, and during my last visit, I spent over 20 minutes trying to sort out missing items that I had already paid for. I arrived at the restaurant with my phone in hand to address the issue. When the manager came out, her response was extremely condescending, making me feel like I was the problem. Although she did eventually provide the missing items, I left feeling unsatisfied. It took me months to return to the restaurant. Fortunately, my dining experience there was positive overall."

"My experience dining in the neighborhood wasn't very good. Cimone was wonderful once she attended to us, but it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. I was quite disappointed with my overcooked medium ribeye, and the area where we were seated was quite dirty for the first 15 minutes of our visit. I’ll give it two stars for the value of the kids' meal and for the opportunity to spend quality time with my kids during an early Sunday dinner."

"Another family favorite. Plenty of flavor, variety and deliciousness for all involved. The staff was friendly, CJ, was her name if I remember correctly. She did great. Kept our drinks filled. Our food came out hot and fresh, with plenty left over for a midnight snack. Didn 't drink from the bar but the grill was outstanding. As we were leaving a staff member opened the door and held it for us as she wished a great night, in which we did have. We will be return. In the words of the Terminator, 'I 'll be back! '"

"We went there tonight and here’s our evening. At a time where people can’t get a table we got there at about 5:45pm and were able to be seated right away. The hostess said our waitress’s name and that she would send her right over. Well somewhere along the line nobody told our waitress. We waited well over 10 minutes without even having a drink order taken. So we put our coats on and walked towards the door. A gentleman at the host/hostess station thanked us and we said no need to we couldn’t even get waited on and we walked into the parking lot. It was then that no less than 4 people( managers) came almost running out to stop us and apologize. One of them (Tom) offered us free dinner and really went above and beyond to get us back in. We decided to go back in but without the free dinner because that not why we walked out. All of the people had concern that we weren’t taken care of. I didn’t get everybody’s name but they were all amazing. We will be back simply because they did it right making up for a mistake. And yes Tom honored my request and we paid for our meals which were outstanding. They did give us coupons to come back for a free appetizer"
