"So, I attempted to fill out a survey on your website and my comment was too long but instead of warning me that I was going over the character limit your site waits until I finish typing and then complains so the time it took me to edit it timed out. So now I lost my opportunity to get a free sandwich. So now you all are getting my unedited review (fix your character limit) So, unfortunately since you all didn’t ask for a survey the last time I’m speaking for my last two experiences at this location. 1) there should be NO WORLD where I receive my food from you guys before I pay for it. Why was I still in line (hadn’t even confirmed my order with a cashier and paid yet) and a woman came from the food area calling my name? AND my order was wrong. Twice. Maybe it’s just me, but I think it’s the dumbest thing ever to run my food before I paid. I could’ve totally took the bag and dipped. That was the first time. 2) the second time, I was in line by myself. The cashier was talking at triple speed like there were 700 people in line (there weren’t). I’m still ordering, but every time I said something else, he was like “is that it?”, but super fast, like he was rushing me. So of course, my order was wrong this time too. I told him no cheese. I saw that he didn’t put it on the receipt so I knew what was coming. It’s so annoying getting cheese when I didn’t want it. But other than that, the sandwich was just gross. The cheese that I didn’t want was sitting cold and slimy on the chicken. The bread was hard and cold and the chicken (I got spicy grilled deluxe) seemed overcooked. Like it had been sitting a while. I had to peel the outer layers of the chicken off because they weren’t digestible. It’s just not what I hoped to eat because I actually love the sandwich when it’s made to perfection. My last visit was a waste of money."

"We took the kids to the Alicia Road Chick Fil A for lunch. Our first impression wasn't great. There was a line of cars for the Drive-in line wrapping around the building and onto the street. This caused a very dangerous traffic pattern at the point of the left turn to enter the parking lot itself. We didn't care about using the drive-in line, we just needed to park, but we couldn't get to the lot because of this back-up. This line moved very slowly and drivers on the street were taking chances crossing the double yellow line attempting to bypass the line. It was very chaotic. If that line would only MOVE! Finally we parked in one of the extra narrow parking places. My tip is to bring your oldest junkiest vehicle when you visit here. Now the good part. Service at the counter was fast and efficient. Then, the food was good. The kids were disappointed to see they were both too tall for this restaurant's play area. There was a red line in the door marking the maximum height to play. Other Chick Fil A locations with okay areas we have taken the kids don't do this. Still, there were big kids playing inside, but we do teach the kids to follow rules and ours stayed out. We would not have chosen this place for lunch if we knew the kids couldn't use the play area. Also, we probably won't be back. There was a poster on the wall promoting a game called Code MOO. We visited that website and the game was over. It said See You Next Year. The poster on the wall was out of date. Our last impression was again dealing with that line of cars outside vying for the Drive-in window. To get to your car, you must cross that line again and that was dangerous as a driver wasn't paying attention and fortunately we were. Dietary restrictions: The salads are not a good choice for a low sodium diet. The salad that is lowest in sodium, the Market Salad, has over 1000 mg of sodium. The other salads on the menu have over 1500 and 2000 mg of sodium. These are very high levels. Salads should not be this high in sodium. Parking: Parking lot is too small and poorly designed. The line for the drive up window wraps through the parking lot all the way around the building. It can be dangerous. Be very careful when you enter and when you walk to and from your car."

"Beware . . . beware! For my family, the lunch rush meant lots of attitude and problems. First, because I ordered a kid's meal for myself (wasn't very hungry) the cashier, K.L. (initials only), gave my wife an extra order of attitude to go along with it, no extra charge. (How dare a grown adult eat kids' food Next, my daughter, a vegetarian requested for the chicken and blue cheese to be put on the side of her salad. Another free order of attitude was given when the cashier sneered, We don't do . . . THAT When my wife asked why, K.L. repeated, We DON'T DO THAT. After a few questions and no answers, the blue cheese was deleted (but I wanted it and my daughter was to have to pick the chicken off of the salad; thankfully, I was there to eat it . . . BUT this meant that my daughter ate the remaining salad, picking AROUND the remants of chicken not the most appetizing thing for somebody who doesn't eat meat. Next, everything that was forgotten and never made the tray!! First, the almonds and granola (little packages), clearly printed on the ticket, did not make it to the table--sadly--nor did my sauce for my nuggets, and one frozen diet lemonade. However, since we were dining in--the cashier thought it was a to go order--I braved the crowd at the front to get these condiments,, etc. Oh, and did I mention the problems with the drinks? We ordered a Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper but as they were unmarked and since my wife has diabetes, I did not want her to get any sugar. So on this trip I was seeking a drink, condiments, and to exchange two mystery drinks. Since that teenage girl refused to look at me, I went to the counter to ask for a manager. The manager, Jimmy, was totally in the weeds but he did step away and visit the table where he told us he was sorry and that he'd had some issues with employee attitudes. By the time I got everything that was originally forgotten, except for the blue cheese (MIA), my waffle fries and nuggets were horribly cold and disgusting. (I closed my eyes and pretended I was at one of the other chicken fast food joints Hey, my bill was $28.85 and I just wanted it to be done right--not too much to ask for, is it? We drove past all of those other fast food restaurants because of staffing service issues for this??? I can tell you that this Chick-fil-A was NOT understaffed, as there were MANY employees outside, behind the counter, on drive through, in the back preparing food, and in the lobby walking around asking How is everything Since I was about 1/2 way through my 500-mile drive, I bit my tongue and said Fine but we did let the manager know EVERYTHING but all he got us was a genuine, I am sorry I guess that even from this chain, that is all that you can expect these days. I will not be stopping again, not for this price. Heck, I can get this kind of service at McDonald's for half the price . . ."

"I give him 4 stars above all because I don't really knock the restaurant myself for everything. my wife and I are simply not big chick-fil-A fans. it's been a couple of years since we had them and decided to go there because my grandson is super picky and will eat only chicken bugs when someone takes off the brot, so we thought we would go there for the naked nuggets. After everything was said and done, he liked nothing other than the drink, and also not the puzzle with which it came (can not blame him that it was really just a buck of vertically shrunk lines from what I could say). my wife got the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was nothing I should write about home. I have the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets. it was a descending salad, well made, all the items were fresh, and the avocado limette ranch was good. I have not discovered any crispy red paprika or charred tomats in it, as their website says, and I would have left the mais personally, but it was not ashamed. the grilled chicken wasn't gone for it, and would probably have been better with baked chicken strips or the like. I'd rather just make a few ham or turkey bites rather than the huh. They took with, but they were packed whatever seems to be the case. as I said, I'm just not a big fan, so they take into account that when I read my review, how it is packed out, how are they always, my taste is on the inferior side?. on a last note, I think it should be said that, as it was with any tusche that I was, the service and cleanliness were top kernel. I really think this is where they shine. if the burger king could get a girl in the job, mcdonald would have something to fear (yes, that and the frits). in serious, though, even with the lowered standards, which seems to be common practice throughout the board (seriously, service sucks everywhere), Chick-fil-A still seems to know how they hire and inspire their employees because they do it across the board."
