Love Chik fil A but this morning turned me away. Ordered an iced coffee but didn't see a very long black hair half way in my drink and hanging out! So disgusting!

I appreciate the staff's accuracy. I never have to double-check my drive-through order because it's always correct. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

If you can go to a different chick fil la you should. I sat inside for over 20 minutes. I went up to the counter and they didn’t have my order.. it got lost some how. I wanted to eat inside the restaurant but they made my order to go after they messed up. They didnt seem to care at all. I will never go back here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

At this point I think they've taken half of their crew away to build the new Chick-fil-A down the street. The service is excruciatingly slow, the quality of food is just average at best. Some days fine, some days greasy and soggy. At this point I would rather drive to Denton or Highland Village. Probably would be faster. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They are always fast, efficient and courteous... The Ladies that work outside drive through are always super sweet to my daughter. The key is not eating there everyday haha. When I do eat there it's always as it should be. Great job to the management and staff at that location. Everyone deserves a raise, some of those chick°fil•A Free sandwich cards, and a high five. Always a good experience when I bring my family of 6 here. The last few times we have came the amount of fries you get are disappointing. I attached a pic this time around. I will continue to come here with my family. The parent standing behind me currently just got food from here also for the student parent lunch at the school. He pulled the fries out and it was the same. Just wanted you to be aware of this. If it is happening to us then it is probably happening to others. Thank you.
