"The place is usually always clean. The staff is usually always helpful and courteous; their service generally quite fast. And, of course, the food is good (for a fast food chicken joint) most of the time. The major issue at this location, however, is that it seems to be perpetually busy, in drive thru or lobby both always feel jam packed full of people, and the atmosphere always feels oppressive and claustrophobic... It's enough that sometimes, I'll feel like getting something initially, but end up changing my mind after thinking about how much I really don't want to deal with the crowd... At any rate I'm not sure what the fix for this issue is, tho. As I said before, the staff clearly works very hard to get customers their orders as quickly as possible. Maybe the lobby is just too small, given this location's popularity? I dunno. Anyways, there's my 2¢ worth thoughts either wat Parking: There is technically a lot of parking available at the shopping plaza itself, but the number of spots allotted to Chick fil A's property seems a bit on the not quite enough side. This place is always busy, and as such, the parking lot is equally as busy. Kid friendliness: Indoors play area for younger kiddos. Wheelchair accessibility: Standard wheelchair parking, building access, and seating is available."
