"Zupas has always been one of my favorite places, but unfortunately, the service continues to decline. We visited tonight and noticed that there was plenty of staff on duty. However, there seems to be a significant communication issue among them. When we arrived, we were the only ones in line, but several people came in shortly after us. When we got to the checkout, I provided my order, and after a few minutes of waiting, they asked for it again. They had partially prepared my meal for dining in even though I requested it to go. At this point, two other customers' orders were ready, and yet I was asked for my order three more times. I must have repeated it at least seven times! We were waiting on a sandwich, and when it was finally ready, they had forgotten it was supposed to be a to-go order once again. If they had been short-staffed, I could understand the mishaps, but that was clearly not the case tonight."
