"we have always enjoyed coming after cafe zupas. never this place, but others in 2 other states. we hoped for the best we have seen before, but the line took forever to get through. there weren't too many people before us, so I thought it was fast. I was wrong. I worked alone in the subway with busesen years ago and could get through the line much faster than we went through and they had at least 6 people we saw behind the counter. to deteriorate the dinge, they seemed all lawful as npcs without any kind of desire to be there in the load that do their job. only robot in motion. we just want to be treated well if we take off our family. we finally paid our food and we looked at my daughter's fruit cups and looked at the photo? is that fresh? do you see the piece uncooked speck in it? How did that happen? it is totally contaminated and inequality, and I would not let my daughter touch it. the lady sitting on a step-header behind the register saw it when I asked for a new one and said it was rough and assured me that they would bring out a new one. No, nothing. We spent $60 for our family of 4 and no one could bring us our cup? something is serious here and has worked open in and in the possession of restaurants 8 years, I am disgusting, have seen such events tonight in a restaurant that we usually enjoy. I don't work for free advice, but I give them a pretty decent amount of data here because I hope they improve for their use. I could say that the leadership did not do good work and that the morally was far below the mediocrity. change their lead or put them through strict team building training and they will change one night and day."

if you love suppe, you will love zupas. they have fabulous soups, sandwiches and salads. but the suppe is really where they shine! they also pack every item covered with a fresh hand dipped chocolate strawberry.

This was one of the worst online order pickup experiences I've ever had. I waited in the lobby for nearly 45 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I arrived. In that time, several in-store orders were placed and picked up. If I had just ordered when I walked in, I would have been out of there almost 25 minutes sooner.

first time here today was a wonderful experience, got nuts about berries the chicken enchilada suppe. the salat was so freshly costed so well, the salat dressing Y’all was surprisingly very sweet and delicious! now the chicken enchilada suppe was so delicious very tasteful from beginning to end. customer service was great also I will come back definitiw to visit soon! This was the first time I’ve seen a Zupas so I thought I’d give it a try for a quick lunch. The customer service was great which is very uncommon for a lot of places I’ve visited recently so this was quite refreshing. The soup and sandwich I ordered were ready within minutes and both were quite tasty. I also treated myself to a chocolate chip rice krispy treat and it was delicious!

I had an interesting experience at Zupas. This is the second time I have witnessed something I did not like from the same manager, whose name is apparently Daniel. Three weeks ago, while picking up food for my family, I observed this manager speaking rudely to his team in front of 8 of us in line. It was disrespectful and appeared to be unnecessary commands. I didn't think much of it at the time, assuming he was just frustrated with his team not performing as expected.
