"I really think that some people do not really like this place, but I have tried many pizza spots here in MA and this place is not #1, but it is certainly better than most I never had any problems with them and their product is always fresh when you do not like the place to leave negative comments just move and find what you are looking for. Stop the good workers."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant was not too crowded when we visited on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. The atmosphere is very laid-back and whimsical. Tucked away in a small corner, the outdoor terrace was not overly noisy. We tried the wings and the black bean burger, both of which were delicious. I would also recommend trying the "world's smallest chocolate sundae." It's a tiny shot of chocolate syrup served with ice cream and whipped cream, but it's absolutely delicious. It's just the right size to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling too heavy. Overall, a great experience - we will definitely be returning."

"I ordered from here almost everyday but will not be spending another cent with this establishment. I ordered you pick two and this is the second time I have recieved a delivery of a chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles when I called infrustrated about this occurrence the mgr on duty explained that they use one scoop of chicken and one cup of noodles to everysoup bowl. When I explained this was not the case for my soup she began yelling and implied I had an attitude and what did Iwant her to do about it. $25.00 for delivery of basically a carrot soup is unacceptable along with attitude and anunsympathetic mgr who should understand that when someone orders lunch delivery it is because they can't pick it up. For thesereasons they will never get me or my families business again."

"The service was quick and friendly, but the turkey avocado BLT I just had was terrible. It was made with sliced deli meat just plopped on tasteless white bread. It used to be shredded turkey breast chunks on a really tasty bread. It is bad enough that they are now using sliced deli meat, but this meat was the texture, wetness, and consistency of a bad precut and prepackaged sliced meat you would get at walmart, not in the deli but like Carl Buddig meat. They also didn't even pull the slices apart and put it on the sandwich like Subway might do. They took a stack of like 4-5 slices and just plopped it flat on the sandwich. I am not sure if just this location is changing the way they make stuff and using different ingredients to save a buck, or if this is just the new way Panera is making these sandwiches. It is terrible though. So bad. The premade sandwiches at the Target Deli are better than this sandwich was. What has happened to Panera? At least this solves my problem of occasionally going to their drivethru and spending way too much money on food for my family."

"Went there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything was amazing! The cheesecake was like heaven on a plate, creamy and light enough to make the perfect dessert, even after a heavy dinner. For breakfast I had their Lumberjck meal, which had 2 griddle cakes that were so fluffy, and came with bacon, sausage, and your choice of home fries or grits (I got the grits). For lunch I had the Reuben sandwich which was packed in with corned beef, but again, so delicious! For dinner I only had the disco fries with the cheesecake. All of it was *chefs kiss*. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant has a Brooklyn theme (as that's where the original location is from) but it made me feel super welcomed and at home. I would absolutely recommend and definitely go again!!"

"I can’t believe I haven’t been here before! I think the name gave me the impression they only served wine and had a limited menu. However, they offer a wide variety of appetizer and entree choices along with a full service bar. The wine flights were very reasonably priced $16 for three generous glasses! . I was with friends and we only had appetizers. The beef skewers were amazing as were the flatbreads! I plan to return soon with my husband to try the entrees. Highly recommended!"

"I thought the service here was excellent. I was disappointed in that I was hoping to get a couple meetings and some work done for a couple hours and wasn't really able to since the WiFi was broken!!!! When you have Internet problems at home (I have construction on my street today) you always expect Panera to be a reliable place to coffee up, get some food and get to work but that WAS NOT the case Parking: Parking is in the Home Depot lot and you have to cross without a sidewalk in a busy shopping plaza"

"Steak was good prime angus beef cooked the way I asked. Salmon was dry though. Waitress forgot to give us the specials until we asked and didn't come by often to check if we needed anything, when I did. Very crowded and and noisy setting if you are looking for a setting more personal."

"I really enjoy this restaurant! It's a great tip to ask about the size of the appetizers, as the first time will not be enough (you'll want to go back again). They have cozy spots for just two people, or if you prefer, there's seating at the bar. There is also plenty of space for couples or larger family groups. And don't forget about dessert- it's amazing! There's something for everyone on the menu."

"Everyone hypes this palace up, so we had to try. We will be back, but I don't think I will order the flat iron steak again. Ordered medium and it was dead when it came out. Potatoes were extra salty; all the stuff was not needed on top of the steak. Everything else was good. Service was good. Large menu. Update: 8/21/2022 we go here a lot. My mother goes here a lot because we enjoy it and it is usually consistent. Today was a different story for some reason. Some portions were smaller than normal. Side items were forgotten. Service was extremely slow and they were not busy. We gave up on trying to get more coffee and water. Everything was yummy as usual, but we were all a bit disappointed, unfortunately. The points program is good, so sign up if you plan on going back."

"The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold, crisp, very tasty and a superb bite. The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything. The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."

"Went here last Sunday after a long walk at Balboa Park. We did not have to reserve and was seated as soon as we arrived. They have an outdoor seating and I remember bringing my pet dog here one time. Service was great and the food was really good! I highly recommend trying out the Corned Beef Hash and Egg because it’s one of the tastiest meals we had during our visit. The serving is huge and make sure to ask for a box to go if you cannot finish it in one sitting. They’re not lying when they called their Big Chocolate Cake big because the size of that slice was enough to fill me up until dinner. Highly recommend and will definitely come back."

"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most restaurants to be overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we walked in - that's a huge plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as advertised and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"I visited this restaurant with a close friend and we enjoyed a pleasant meal. Our waiter provided excellent service and his recommendation for wine was perfect. We were pleased to discover that on Sundays, bottles of wine are 50% off, which was a nice bonus. I ordered the beef stroganoff and found it to be tasty. My friend opted for the kale quinoa salad with grilled salmon, which was both generous in portion size and delicious. The bread was freshly baked and served warm. For dessert, I ordered the butterscotch pudding and found it to be delicious, while my friend opted for the sorbet and also enjoyed it."

"In general, this restaurant is decent. However, on Sundays they have a special for $7 High Life pitchers. We ordered two of those and a Bloody Mary, which ended up costing us $41. That seems like a pretty expensive Bloody Mary, right? Turns out, the clean-shaven bartender upstairs made a mistake and charged us incorrectly. The bartender with facial hair was great, but the clean-shaven one charged us $41 for our order and when we asked about it, he completely ignored us. He turned his back and refused to address the issue. The lack of respect and unwillingness to admit mistakes was disappointing. Other than that, it's not a bad place, but make sure to double-check your receipts and avoid the clean-shaven bartender upstairs."

"The audacity of the general manager named Maria and the way she treated me yesterday was less than professional not even cordial. She spoke to me in a derogatory way that left me feeling disrespected. I kindly requested for something that I've always requested for many years of patronizing this Panera and when I requested for it again as usual she gave me a rude disrespectful no as if I knew her as if I owed her something. The way she responded to me set the mood. I spend a lot of money in Panera Bread. The least I can get from there is professionalism and kindness. I will not tolerate anything less than that. It's mainly principle and when you're a manager you should have higher standards on how you deal with your patriots/customers. And I'm not done I'm gonna take this to corporate. Oh and she really thinks her boss Jose is gonna have her back as if their friends. If Jose doesn't change how his general manager MARIA speaks to patrion/customers at this facility I will go above Jose. Because this is my Panera Bread I've been coming here for years. I have seen employees GMs come go for years so there's no way I am going to allow Maria or any employee to speak to me how ever they want. Maria you are a high level EMPLOYEE always remember that! Learn to have some respect for the people the spend money at this location thats your job! If you don't like it quit!"

"The food at the restaurant was delicious, the service was excellent, however, I found it too cold in the dining area. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long before I was able to secure a warm and cozy spot by the fireplace. It was a snowy and miserable day outside. Unfortunately, after I left, another woman quickly took my comfortable spot by the fire. I believe that Panera should add more cozy seats in front of their fireplaces."
