"I ordered from here almost everyday but will not be spending another cent with this establishment. I ordered you pick two and this is the second time I have recieved a delivery of a chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles when I called infrustrated about this occurrence the mgr on duty explained that they use one scoop of chicken and one cup of noodles to everysoup bowl. When I explained this was not the case for my soup she began yelling and implied I had an attitude and what did Iwant her to do about it. $25.00 for delivery of basically a carrot soup is unacceptable along with attitude and anunsympathetic mgr who should understand that when someone orders lunch delivery it is because they can't pick it up. For thesereasons they will never get me or my families business again."

I don't usually frequent fast food restaurants, but this one was a wonderful surprise. I chose to visit because they donate 20% of their sales to my friend's fundraising campaign for Dana-Farber Cancer Research, which demonstrates their commitment to the community. The food was healthy, fresh, and truly delicious. Don't miss out on their soups and salads!

I had a delightful breakfast sandwich that came on a tasty roll. The coffee was a robust dark roast, served hot and strong. The staff members were fantastic, especially the lady at the grill, who was exceptionally friendly. The rest of the counter staff were also very nice. The seating area is inviting, and the fireplace adds a wonderful atmosphere to the place.

We frequent Paneras from Florida to NH. My wife and I both have the unlimited coffee plan. Unfortunately, this Panera leaves us with an unpleasant taste in our mouths. Not because of the food, but because of the bad attitudes of the food handlers. One hadthe nerve to turn his back to me, and make a snotty remark! Loud enough for me to hear. Reluctantly, they served the order theway all other Paneras have done repeatedly. I commend the staff for that. This Panera had better get with the corporate programof great service, and great food.
