"I recently visited this restaurant to grab dinner and a drink, and it was a mediocre experience overall. The restaurant was not crowded at all, with four kiosks available but half of them were broken or offline. Unfortunately, the party in front of me took up unnecessary time by using only one kiosk to place their order. The process of getting a drink was a bit slow as the staff members were busy preparing food and cleaning, leaving me waiting for a while to get my cup. Although the kiosk indicated they were out of Bubbly water, it was actually available at the drink station, although not fresh. The wait for my sandwich was also longer than expected. Although Panera used to be known for its speed, it seems like those days are gone. However, the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich I ordered was still tasty. It's important to note that the staff were working hard and the restaurant was clean, so the blame lies with the management for not improving operations. Hopefully, this review will prompt them to fix equipment, ensure fresh inventory, and address any other shortcomings."

"I ordered and paid for double meat in my green goddess Cobb salad, but I didn't even get one regular serving of meat. I certainly did not receive double. The salad had only a few thin slices of cucumber and half a tomato; it was mostly just lettuce. I also paid extra for pecans, but they were missing. Overall, the salad wasn't worth the over $20 I spent! Additionally, I received cream of chicken and wild rice without any chicken, which has happened before. The last three times I've ordered salads at the Panera Bread in Camp Hill, I've noticed that the chicken and veggies have been very sparse. It feels like the manager might be cutting portions to save money. I haven't encountered this issue at other Panera locations in Harrisburg, so I'm quite disappointed."

"I received a couple of Panera gift cards for Christmas and decided to treat myself to lunch yesterday. I usually go for the "pick 2" option, and this time I chose the creamy tomato soup and a half sandwich with turkey, avocado, and bacon. I actually thought the turkey item would be a salad, so I was a bit disappointed when my order arrived. However, not wanting to change anything, I accepted the order as it was. Let me tell you, that turkey avocado sandwich was incredible! I ended up very pleased with my slight misunderstanding and thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing lunch."

"I was really looking forward to my tuna sandwich today, but I was highly disappointed when I got home and opened up my sandwich to find about a tablespoon worth of tuna on the bread. To make matters worse, I specifically asked for no tomato and there weretwo slices on my sandwich (I double-checked my receipt to make sure that it wasn't my mistake). Fortunately it is a personalpreference and not an allergy so I just took them off but that could be dangerous for someone else. Once I showed my husband mysandwich, he opened his up and also had very little tuna on his. This was a pick up order that he brought home, which makes mewonder if they try to skimp on the tuna because they know people aren't going to see it until they are gone."

"The store management at this Market Street location apparently cares more about having food options for the online orders than for the walk-in customer orders. On 6/18 /22, I walked up to the counter asking if any four cheese soufflé were available, and I was told by the very kind and helpful cashier that more of them were being prepared. When she returned to give me an update, I was informed that there weren’t any available because they had already been sold. Really?? Thank you for thinking so little about the HUMANS who enter your store. Do you really WANT US IN THERE?"

"The Panera in Latham is fantastic! Our son has a long list of food allergies, and this is one of the few places where we feel comfortable dining with him. The manager, Molly, is always present to assist us and ensure his meals are safe. She can prepare a bowl of just grilled chicken, which is typically used for salads and is one of our son's favorite options! Most of the staff recognizes us now, and they are all very friendly and welcoming, even though our orders can be a bit complicated. We love the grain bowls and hope they bring back the classic ham-and-cheese sandwich!"

"I ordered from here almost everyday but will not be spending another cent with this establishment. I ordered you pick two and this is the second time I have recieved a delivery of a chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles when I called infrustrated about this occurrence the mgr on duty explained that they use one scoop of chicken and one cup of noodles to everysoup bowl. When I explained this was not the case for my soup she began yelling and implied I had an attitude and what did Iwant her to do about it. $25.00 for delivery of basically a carrot soup is unacceptable along with attitude and anunsympathetic mgr who should understand that when someone orders lunch delivery it is because they can't pick it up. For thesereasons they will never get me or my families business again."

"It's a solid four-star experience. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant maintains a generally tidy atmosphere. However, there are issues that need addressing. Sometimes, the sandwiches feel poorly assembled, lacking pride and attention to detail, as I encountered this evening. On top of that, orders can be incorrect or incomplete. Tonight, my sandwich seemed to have lost a quarter of its contents in the bag. What was left inside was unevenly distributed, with only a small amount of each ingredient held together by cheese. I sense there's a cultural issue within the establishment, and this isn't just a one-off situation—I've noticed it during my travels as well. There seems to be a lack of joy and pride in their work, as well as gratitude for being part of the community and having the opportunity to support themselves and their families. Something is definitely missing. On the bright side, the drive-thru is convenient, and the food is consistently tasty. I just wish Panera would take that final step to really elevate the experience and earn a full five stars."

"The service was quick and friendly, but the turkey avocado BLT I just had was terrible. It was made with sliced deli meat just plopped on tasteless white bread. It used to be shredded turkey breast chunks on a really tasty bread. It is bad enough that they are now using sliced deli meat, but this meat was the texture, wetness, and consistency of a bad precut and prepackaged sliced meat you would get at walmart, not in the deli but like Carl Buddig meat. They also didn't even pull the slices apart and put it on the sandwich like Subway might do. They took a stack of like 4-5 slices and just plopped it flat on the sandwich. I am not sure if just this location is changing the way they make stuff and using different ingredients to save a buck, or if this is just the new way Panera is making these sandwiches. It is terrible though. So bad. The premade sandwiches at the Target Deli are better than this sandwich was. What has happened to Panera? At least this solves my problem of occasionally going to their drivethru and spending way too much money on food for my family."

"Food was good but the staff in the front all looked completely miserable. The two ladies at the registers were even bickering and the lady cleaning the dining area had a huge frown. When I was approaching the door she also was coming at it with a bottleof cleaner. She was walking so aggressively I actually thought she was going to come outside with it so I held the door open andsmiled at her in order to let her come through the door first. "Ordered Mac and Cheese on Sunday evening. I dined in guess they didn't want to wash dishes served it to me in a cardboard container. It was cold and tasted very bad. Normally, it comes with bread, but they gave me chips and put it into a paper bag. I did inform the shift manager it was the worst dining experience I'd ever had and would not be returning to this location again. Additionally, the restaurant was in a mess tables not clean and dishes left on them. I routinely eat at Panera Bread at different locations and have always gotten great food and service. I hope for other customers the Management team addresses these issues as their customers deserve better!!!"

"Stopped in today, 9/16/2022, Clifton Park. Horrible service. Husband and I stopped in to get dinner. I got a sprite that was flat, let someone know, the staff all apparently knew but didn 't switch out the tanks. My husband ordered extra meat on hissandwich, didn 't get that. Our order included two cookies, had to go back to the counter to ask for them and was met with 'whatdo you need? ' We sat and watched several 'to go ' stop and check their orders for accuracy, 3 were wrong. This visit was notworth the $47 we paid. We love Panera but will never come to this location again."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but enough bad experiences at this location in recent months has caused me to do so. I typically order online. If it's a single item, the pick up time is 5-10 minutes. This tells me that the food is pre-made heated up when the order comes in. That's fine, because the food quality is pretty good and it's convenient. The problems start when you add extra items. The wait time can go from 5-10 minutes to an hour. I understand the possibility of staffing issues making a person wait longer, but how does adding 2 additional sandwiches, prepared the same way, add that much time? To make matters worse, when you arrive in an hour, your order is not ready. I have waited an average of 20 minutes over the expectation while 4 staff members talk amongst themselves at the counter. Last night was a simple order. It was ready quickly, but 2 cookies and the breadbowl from the breadbowl mac cheese was missing when I got home. I even asked the counter worker if it was all ready she nodded dismissively. This place is expensive for what it is, but it was my choice to go there. The lack of attention to detail and the complete lack of customer service means I won't be back."

"The food at this restaurant is exceptional, and their coffee is the best I've ever tasted. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, but what I value the most is the cleanliness. Yes, it's CLEAN. I can't stand dining in places where tables are sticky, chairs are dirty, and there's food debris on the carpet. This restaurant is immaculate, and I'm quite particular about cleanliness. They truly meet my high standards—kudos to Panera Bread! Lauren, the General Manager, has a good rapport with many of her customers. During my four-day stay in the area, she remembered not only me but also my regular order. It was delightful to see her greet regulars by name. The returning patrons were friendly and engaging, making me feel like part of the community. If this were a bar, it would feel just like Cheers (the TV show). I believe this warm atmosphere is a reflection of Lauren's welcoming personality. If I lived in the area, I would definitely become a regular!"

"This was my first visit to Panera, and I had a great experience. The staff at the counter were friendly and allowed me plenty of time to decide on my order. They offered four different soup options, and I chose a small soup along with a half sandwich to enjoy in the restaurant. I was happy to see that they used real utensils instead of plastic, which I appreciate. My food was served on an oval melamine platter, making it easy to manage and eliminating the need for a tray, which helps reduce waste and is better for the environment. Although I didn’t use the restroom, so I can’t comment on that, I had a wonderful time overall and look forward to returning in the future."

"I have to say, these bagels are amazing, and I'm a New Yorker with a very high bar for bagels. Panera did something that made these bagels one of a kind and better than any other place in the area. For me, that makes it a 5 star experience based on breakfast alone. But.... the coffee here is made correctly about 70% of the time, dropping it down to 5 stars. Even though Panera is a chain of restaurants, this one is pretty good. Also their Brocolli Cheddar Bread Bowl Soups are to die for."

"we have ordered Greek salads three times from tiffin ave panera in Findlay,Ohio. they were very disappointing. very small and I ordered 4 full salads and could have put them together to two. no toppings and expensive for what was given. we have often ordered this by the drive thru and the last three times in november once in the oktober and once in september 2022, were very small and no toppings. in the past they were very well dressed and had a lot in the bowl."
