"This was our first and last experience at Dick's. After waiting an hour to be seated, our order was inadvertently delivered to another table before being picked up, returned to the kitchen, and finally brought back to us a few minutes later. We witnessed the entire process. When I addressed the issue with our waitress, Cassandra, she was dismissive and rude. The manager came over and claimed that what we had seen didn’t actually happen, but he offered to bring us a new order if we wanted. Concerned about the treatment of our new order after our complaint, we opted to decline. Cassandra continued to be extremely unhelpful, which felt completely unjustified. The food we received was dry, as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and it was definitely not freshly prepared. Additionally, two of our meals were missing from the bill, and Cassandra hastily scribbled over the tip section on the receipt. In the end, I still ended up paying almost $80 for a terrible meal. Prior to the food debacle, we had been enjoying ourselves with the hats and having fun, so it was disappointing for both my husband and me to conclude our experience this way."
