"I have been to their Gatlinburg location before and enjoyed it so I knew what to expect. My waiter there had been witty and sarcastic but provided good service. My daughter was so excited to eat at their Island location and she doesn 't mind being roasted or anything like that. My waitress asked her age and I told her 9. The people next to us had a daughter of similar age and her hat said princess poopy pants so I expected the same level of humor. My daughter got a hat that said the best part of me ran down my mom 's leg . Even the people around us looked mortified. Had she been 16 or older, we could laugh at this, but a 9 year old? More importantly, the food was cold and disgusting. I guess part of the schtick is to give you maybe 10 French fries for $6.99. What a waste of time and money."

I couldn’t figure out if I was supposed to leave a 1 star or 5 for the service since they give you bad mean service on purpose lol jk great place to eat. When you make sure you take someone who can’t take a joke it makes it so much better View menu

The ONLY problem I seen, was the server basically asking me for a $100 tip for a $250 tab on my bill....I did give her a nice tip, but I don't feel she should be writing it down on my bill, this is like the 4th or 5th time we have been to the Island location and LOVE the place.

We, my daughter, grandson and myself; dined here yesterday Thursday 8-8 and we had Jordan as our server. We had an amazing experience. We all saved our personalized hats.
