"One guest ordered chilaquiles, our daughter had the pancake platter with bacon and sausage, my wife opted for the Denver omelet with hash browns, and I went for the chicken-fried steak, which came with house-style potatoes, two over-easy eggs, and white gravy on top. We washed it all down with some orange juice, and everything was as delicious as we had hoped.
This turned out to be an excellent choice for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and organized, and our waitress was both friendly and professional. By the time we left, three more tables had been filled. I thanked our waitress and gave her a generous tip, complimenting her on the way she managed so many tables. She mentioned that both her mother and grandmother used to work in this field with her, but she was alone that day.
