"We visited this restaurant because my son wanted to celebrate his 26th birthday there, as he really enjoys the food. We drove an hour from McMinnville to get there. We were seated promptly, but after we placed our orders, the waiter mistakenly delivered the wrong item to me. After sending it back, the waiter went on break and informed us that another waitress would assist us, but we never saw her. Half an hour later, when the waiter returned to check on us, I still hadn’t received my meal. Eventually, another staff member went to retrieve it, but by that time, everyone else at our table had finished eating and was ready to leave. On the positive side, our son did receive a slice of cake for his birthday, which was a nice touch and probably the highlight of the evening! Given that the restaurant was not very busy, resolving the order mix-up shouldn’t have been an issue. There was no attempt to make the situation better, and since it was my first visit, it was quite disappointing."
