"Story time:Came here on a Wednesday night. Not super busy. We got seated. We waited for close to 9min for a server to come even talk to us. Then we placed our drinks order and food together. We get our food after 35-40 min of waiting. My wrap has tomato’s on it after Asking for it off (Not the servers fault) I told her that their was tomatoes and she took it back And got a new wrap after waiting 10 more min.She asked if she cud give us a scoop of ice cream as an apology, but I’m lactose intolerant and avoid dairy products as much as possible. I also stick to a diet of not eating “junk food” so dessert is off the books completely for me. I asked if she could just give a discount since the food was wrong and the wait was long (which she acknowledged to us that we had been waiting for her for a while and that it took Long for our food. She said she would talk to a manager. No manager came to talk to us about the situation but she claimed their was nothing she could do about the price.I believe this place has customer service issues… I’ve never once been to a restaurant where your order is wrong and a manager doesn’t come talk to u next to that give u at-least 10% off for messing up an order that was simple (just no tomatoes). Still tipped good it wasnt Fully her fault but very disappointed in the service today…. Probably done going for awhile."

Good experience. The food came out fairly quickly. The only complaint is my wife ordered some nachos and the chicken on the nachos was very sparse. Also the cheese was kind of cold on the nachos. The server was great and she was extremely busy.

Us, a group of 4, got seated and ordered drinks and then wasn’t visited for another 30 minutes when we finally got to order. Food still didn’t come until 50 minutes later. Pickles came uncooked and the boneless wings we ordered (30), came cold and the sauce starting to get the film over them, clearly having sat under the “heat” lamp for 25-30 minutes. There was a hair in my friends chicken tenders which also came cold and looked like they were hardly cooked. Talked to the manager who acted very unpleasantly with the attitude that we were in the wrong. Only gave us 20 dollars off a 150 dollar order AFTER order 4+ drinks. Writing this an hour later and feeling sick.

Said you had delivery but when I go to check out delivery is not until tomorrow morning?? It was 9:15pm when I tried to place the order. Don't close until 11PM! So I fail to see the reason why I couldn't get it delivered! Also, pretty much half my order was unavailable! So update the website if this is not available at this location as well as delivery!
