"I had a very disappointing experience at Spanky And Louches. I ordered a turkey salad for the first time and was surprised to find only two small slices of turkey, even though I asked for extra. A few weeks later, I gave them another shot, but it was the same—this time they added tomatoes even though I requested none, and the turkey portion was still minimal. I tried a third time reluctantly, and once again, my salad had no croutons and only three tiny slices of turkey. They charge nearly $15 for this! My mother ordered a shrimp salad and got just three small shrimp, which definitely wasn’t worth the price. I don’t usually complain, but this was really frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from here again. It’s disappointing since I live nearby and often get takeout because I don’t have time to cook. I strongly suggest trying Olympia across the street instead—they have much better portions and don’t skimp on the turkey!"

"I reserved a table hours in advance. When i got there they said they were going to clean a table for us and it would be a short wait. There was another group of waiting to be seated as well. They got a table first with no reservation. We ended up waiting for another hour to get a table. It was my birthday, im upset. If i didnt have gift cards I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Terrible service, we waited minutes for our waitress to come over to our table and take our order for our drinks. Our food took an hour and was cold when it came out. She also messed up the check and gave herself an extra tip"

"The food was delicious, I’d go back to eat again, BUT LET ME TELL YOU. I WAS. STUFFED, and now originally I never eat all my food, I even stole half of my mom’s burger. But one thing that bothered me was all the noise. Now I’m a very introverted person, and I’m very shy and if there is too much noise I will quiver in anxiety, but I was mostly talking to my sister and mom. But over all it was Delicious! I just wasn’t a big fan of the noise, (mostly also because I’m pretty sure I have autism) but I get really hyper sensitive about a ton of noise. But I loved watching the horses race on tv."

"the only bad thing was when I showed up and was told that they didn't take any precautions. I was on time and the party before me sat before my party. I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table."

"Outstanding! The Jalisco was perfection, equally parts smoky, spicy, and creamy with enough left over for a generous lunch tomorrow. Our waitress was kindness itself, even going so far as to dive under the table to rescue my husband's cane when it fell. The food was delivered in a blink and our waitress checked back at appropriate intervals to attend to our needs. The atmosphere on this night was quite rowdy with a party of excited young people expressing themselves in stadium-sized voices but the whimsically decorated tall partitions on the booths gave enough separation from the bedlam to make the atmosphere tolerable for this pair of grandparents. We'll be happy to return."

"The customer isn't important at BWW. We walked in and waited in a line of another customer also waiting for a hostess. There is a hostess stand at the front door. No hostess. After mins a hostess came to help, but she could only do one thing at a time. It would have been efficient to check the customer in and then check my party in. The hostess checked customer in and then left to do another task. The store manager came over, but instead of helping, she rolled her eyes and lipped words of disappointment about the hostess' work ethic. The manager did not recognize the line to be seated, though there were to tables available for new customers. It's too loud in BWW as well. When I provided a certificate for credit with the waiter called the same manager over who stated she didn't do credits at this store. I told her I had received a certificate credit at this store in past, so it was possible to complete. I don't do those here. This shouldn't be the diners experience, so go somewhere else. Rude staff and inappropriate decisionmaking and very poor managers without reasonable experience with customer care and operations"

"Sometimes, it pays to go in to a place without looking at the reviews. La Pinata is one such place. A co-worker and I ventured off of High Street in search of a lunch place. After my masterful parallel parking in front of La Pinata, we went in for what turned out to be a fairly pleasant surprise. Pros: Ample parking around the area. Ample seating inside the restaurant. Very cheap food less than $7 for a plate of Arroz con Pollo). Cheap seafood $5 +tax for shrimp and fish tacos). Huge menu Freshly made salsa with chips free, of course) Cons: Not gourmet for sure. Service can be slow due to staffing issues, though it was fast on our visit. All in all, don't come in here expecting Tex-Mex on the level of Nada. Instead, La Pinata is on par with most Tex-Mex places. But altogether, I think this restaurant definitely deserves to be much higher than the 1.5 stars it receives so far."

"I arrived at the restaurant only to be informed that all reservations had been canceled. Despite waiting for an hour and a half, the manager was unable to accommodate us. When questioning the purpose of online reservations, we were continuously told that there was no availability and that we would have to wait. I left my phone number in hopes of being contacted once a table became available, but unfortunately, no call was ever received. Overall, a frustrating and nonsensical experience."

"The wings were over cooked but the Asian zing sauce is delicious. I ordered the sampler and it came with bonless wings insrea of traditional as shown. They were also overlooked. Flavor good. They havent learned how to package food for transport so that the food doesnt get cold and soggy. The dries nachos and onion rings were all soggy. Other restaurants have superior packaging. The completely forgot our Mac n cheese. We use door dash on average 2 times a week. This is our first time ordering here. I highly doubt we will order from here again."

"Ordered online at 8pm. Order was set to be ready at 820pm. Seen they were a little busy so when we got to the store to pick up gave them till 835. Came in and there 's was a full lobby and servers coming in and out. Spoke to three people giving them my name for the order. The third person went back and asked and they said that my order was 4th in line. Went outside waited for 15 minutes. Came back in at 855 and then was told my order was the last ticket. I then went out and grabbed my phone brought up my receipt and headed back in to show the time and ask for the manager. The time is now 915 and the manager says she can 't do a refund because it would to 5-7 business days because it was a credit card order. And that it 's just one order I can wait .....so with that being said. I 'm over buffalo wild wings and the pathetic service that they give. The people below the managers servers cooks hostess deserves a better work environment and better management. Servers are constantly over worked and under prepared for their shifts. Management is never around to help only at the bar on their phones. There 's cameras and your head of company can see them and yet do nothing.If your store is swamped and getting buried you should be doing everything in your power to get them through it.The heads of this company need to come and actually revaluate this store and there management team...oh probably should come with out calling.....or they act more prepared. This was a bogo night. And I ordered 2 bogos. I should have received 60 wings and I only received 30. I would like a refund on half of my order and with that being said I will take this matter up with customer service and not your gm."

"Here is a picture of my salad. If Management is okay with how this salad was made. Then truly the employees and management NEED redirection... this was not on the waitress...THIS is on the so called cooks and kitchen help. I will Truly Never Recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to ANYONE. I ASK FOR EXTRA TOMATOES, I received one slice cut into quarters. "Today, my husband, my son, and I dined at this restaurant. Our server/bartender, Jess, was outstanding! She was very attentive, always bringing refills before we even had to ask. Despite it being the 4th of July weekend and not too busy, our experience has not always been favorable in similar situations. The food was excellent, served hot and fresh. While my son works at a different location and preferred not to visit his own workplace on his day off, we came to this location for his sake. Personally, I usually prefer his location. Overall, we had a good experience thanks to Jess, but we were disappointed that they did not allow my son to use his employee discount. We will need to verify this policy. Thank you."

"error rate up to 80% started with a 75% error rate, went to 80% and then to 85% error rate in errors made to my pickup orders last year. I originally never checked my orders, but every time I came home, I noticed something was missing. I accuse myself not to check before leaving, but how hard is it to get a simple wing / rider / nachos order right? missing fires, false wing sauce, forget carrots / ranch dressing, 2 orders of boneless instead of one and one, failing to give me reward points, adding things to my order that I did not want, etc. seriously, how uncompetent can these people be? I have even stopped ordering online because of the mistakes and ordering only in person now, but still they do. I have recently been informed that another regional manager has taken over so that hopefully the dinge will improve (they cannot get worse). below are the updates since my original review:Update 8/14/22. like the clockwork they forget the ultimate afteros with my order, but for the luck this time I checked. error rate now at 80%Update: 9/11/22. this time my big pommes were missing. now error rate at 85% omt, 3 bites for 40 wings and 3 pieces celery. platz is the worst update: 10/2/22. It could be that they finally learned. my order was perfect with all the things I ordered, including. Maybe it's a sign of things to come. we just need to see the worst management ever!"

"Have loved every time I have been in this restaurant EVER. This one in Burlington is no exception. Nice staff, quick service, delicious food. My only complaint is that my boneless wings were not completely covered with sauce, but I didn't bring it to the staff who I am sure would have corrected it. They did not use any contact billing where the link was sent to me in a text and I paid online what I LOVED. I will definitely come back."

"Went here and spent almost 100 the wings I ordered weren't fresh they never brought our celery carrots or ranch, they brought out the adults food while our all child had to wait, you should never bring out half the party's food let alone ask a hungry 5year old to wait and watch everyone else wat. Not to mention I never did see our waitress again for a refill and the table waswet when we sat down which is a very nasty feeling on your arms. Definitely won't be back to this one"
