"Ordered on the app around 8:40pm. Said it would be ready around 9:40pm. Go to pick it up and they say they don't have the order. Finally they magically find it, but have to make it still. So there goes another 20 minutes of waiting for the food. We bring it back to the car and check it. We are missing all of the sauces and celery. So we go back in and they give us some ranches and our celery. We get to my apartment and unload the bag completely. We were still missing 1 ranch and received no southwestern ranch for the fried pickles, which were not crispy and pretty undercooked. The wings were good, but overall this was not a pleasant experience at all."

"I never had an experience in a wing restaurant. I loved eating absolutely. I worked as a trainer under yum corporation and I spent a lot of time cooking as you were specific and that was exquisite. I would also like to say that the service should die. I was never thirsty at any point where they let the drinks flow. my waitress was also very amusing to check me and my family and make sure everything was to our pleasure. 5 stars made me."

"I had a positive experience at the restaurant. The waitress was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to change seats. I ordered the 10-piece boneless chicken with a split sauce, and let me tell you, if you enjoy spicy food, you’re in for a treat. However, if you’re not a fan of heat, be careful with the mango habanero! When I say it’s REALLY SPICY, I mean it. That sauce was intense! The waitress even joked about bringing a fire extinguisher!"

"My friends and I were in Miami and decided to visit a restaurant owned by a long-time friend who is also the chef. We were impressed by the amazing atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food was served quickly and was surprisingly filling. The presentation was perfect and I was tempted to order more. Chef Henry is truly a genius in the kitchen, cooking everything to perfection. We were served promptly and everything looked and tasted spectacular. We were very impressed and felt like we had an exclusive dining experience during our holiday."

"They allow dogs on their patio! That, along with friendly and engaging service, convinced us to visit twice during our recent visit to Fort Worth. They have bar and grill style food the selection and quality met our expectations. Service was friendly it was hot during our visit, the staff brought water for our dogs and were happy to bring added vegetables we could share with them while we ate. They can be a little slow when they really get busy but we were there to enjoy an evening rather than get in and out, especially as the sun set and the evening started cooling down. Definitely on our list for our next visit!"

"We had a reservation, but we waited before anyone greeted us at the entrance, and it took at least another twenty minutes before we were shown to our table. Many people were waiting around us as well. Our food didn’t arrive until quite a while later, and our drinks sat empty for some time. Additionally, our order was incorrect, and all the fries were served cold. While the staff were friendly, they were hardly present during our visit, and the wait times were really frustrating. On a positive note, when we received the bill, they did comp my daughter's dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, I think they need to increase their staff and also improve their website, especially since they require reservations to be made online rather than by phone."

"I enjoyed my experience here. I came in on a Friday, about 345,4pm, so before the evening rush. I enjoyed a quiet meal, it was very empty in the restaurant, so my food came out quickly. Rand did a great job servicing me. The only area of improvement is cleanliness. The glass on the doors and glass above booths are filthy with handprint marks. I also had to wipe away crumbs from my seat at my booth, and there was a left over straw paper from a previous customer behind the menus on the table. It could’ve been easily missed had I not used the condiment holder. Make sure the restaurant is clean. Otherwise, I would eat here again before any rush. I don’t have any problems with this location."

"I came during my lunch hour, I arrived and there was no one at the reception, I waited a while for them to serve me, when they seated me the waiter spoke reluctantly and forgot everything. When they brought my food the waiter left and didn't come back to ask if I wanted anything, I wanted hot sauce. He avoided my table and hid, I even went looking for him and couldn't find him. I didn't like the food, the worst restaurant I've ever been to in Fairfield!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. Apart from the fact that the garbage cans are in front of the restaurant, the entire street stinks, garbage restaurant."

"I’ve eaten here on several occasions but my experience on Friday was beyond awful. First let me say, the food is always great, but our service was HORRIBLE. The waiter (Didn’t give his name)was very antsy and it seemed as if it was his first night working. I’m not sure if it was the fact that we had over 15 people in our party, but he was not accommodating at all. Food came out late. Never received any drink refills. We never got napkins that we asked for. I ordered a drink, but he brought something totally different to me and stated that the bar no longer makes it the way I initially requested. Mind you my sister had same drink order and hers came out just as she requested. I can go on about this experience, but there’s no need. If I had to give a yes or no about returning, it’ll definitely be a NO."

"This restaurant does not accept OpenTable reservations, which is frustrating. Once we were seated, everything was wonderful, but this is the second time my group has encountered this issue. Each time, we were given the same explanation: "We don’t really do reservations like that." The first instance, I thought it might have just been an inexperienced staff member, but it seems to be a recurring issue. On a positive note, our waitress was fantastic, and the food was delicious. However, I strongly advise against making a reservation here. I've been searching for a way to report this to OpenTable, but haven't found a solution yet, so I'm sharing this as a warning to others."

"Good staff My friends and I got a late night snack last night and realized halfway through our meal that it was almost closing time. I'm guessing since we were the only people in there the staff were really kind about it and never said anything other than letting us know when the last call for drinks was. I can't remember the name of the waitress that served us but she was friendly and attentive to our table, and checked on us regularly. The manager also brought a smile to our table while helping our waitress. Very chill environment and a nice way to end the night with my friends and good food."

"We ordered meals for pickup and they ended up being made about 15 minutes earlier than the time we were quoted. Normally that would be great, but we weren't notified and our food was placed on the pickup rack and just sat. When we got it home we heated up our items and noticed we were missing 1 item. When I called to let them know and mentioned the ticket time on the order vs the quoted time, the manager was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to correct our order. Not only did he make the missing item for free, but he ended up remaking the entire order for us when all I was asking about was the missing item. It is Customer Service like that, that will keep us coming back. Thank you so much!"

"We recently visited this location and left very unsatisfied. I definitely understand because of Covid some restaurants are experiencing longer than normal wait times but this was ridiculous. Our food wasn't hot when served, our server Angelic didn't check in on us until after our meal was over, we ordered a burger prior to go and it was given away to another customer. Before our meal was over I asked to see if they had started on our to go order. Our server idicated it should've been brought up to us already. Once we were done with our meal waited 30 min and I got up and let another server know we didn't want to burger and just wanted our check and go. Immediately afterwards they brought us our to go order. Our server failed to notify us of the situation and would've had us waiting had we not found someone else to assist us. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and considering our server had for us. The food temperature didn't even bother us compared to the service that was provide. Trust me take the extra time to drive to a better location. The time you'll wait here for your food and check could be put the driving to a better location where they'll be more attentive and considerate to you."

"One good thing: Our increase in headcount (from 8 12) was accommodated (our reservation was at 7:30pm, we were seated after 9pm). Not so good things: Everything else went bad. Five drinks ordered, 3 came out. Food took forever and came out sporadically. We were charged for an extra beer, which was fixed in the end. Celebration was two fold HS graduation, and grandma's birthday. We asked if the server had a cake slice to provide and they said yes, but we were charged for it, AND they just threw it on the table in front of her and walked away. We were all shocked at that. Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade was watered down so much that it tasted like flavored water. It was replaced, eventually. The server got our payments wrong. Two cards provided. They charged the wrong card and had to reverse it. The next day, I was told that the fixed charge was applied twice on their card. I could guess that this experience was an isolated incident, however we were all treated so poorly that 10 of our party of 12 wanted it mentioned. So here we are."

"Stopped in for a quick bite, the hobby and I. Super fast service. Free bowl of chips and salsa (needed a bit of salt on the chips) great fresh salsa very mild... I like it hot, but they had 4 different kinds of hit sauce on the table already, so A+! We splt 3 tacos, steak was my fav.. hubby liked lengua the best. Shrimp was good but nothing to write home about. Definitely will be back! Service: Dine in"

"I had a little incident with my meal last night. It wasn't anything severe, but considering that this restaurant prides itself on excellent service and high standards, it shouldn't have happened. To summarize, the manager promptly addressed the issue and took appropriate action by covering my family's meals for the evening. We frequent this location often; although we’ve tried other branches, this one is definitely the best. Even during the pandemic, they maintained great service. Nowadays, it’s rare to find a place that opens on time, or even opens at all. I wanted to express my gratitude to the manager, but he was busy handling things, so I’ll make sure to thank him when I return—because we absolutely will be back. Thanks again!"

"We visit this place frequently and usually love it, especially when it comes to Duchess in general. We make the drive out of town because the food is typically great. However, today was a different experience. It felt like it might have been too busy. Once we got home, we realized that the long hot dog we ordered wasn't actually a long hot dog, just a regular size. The fries were burnt and hard. We ordered three combos, and all three orders of fries were dark and crunchy. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat any of them."

"We made a Saturday night reservation for 4 people on Open Table. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that they don’t use Open Table and the wait time was 25 minutes. We ended up leaving due to having two small kids with us who didn’t want to wait. Beware!"

"Was in town with my wife and our friends. Went inside and stood there in full view of what looked like the hostess who was taking an order. We stood there for over 10 minutes. They weren't busy and there was barely anyone there. The hostess seemed to be more interested in the young man ordering food than helping us to a table, or even saying she would be with us in a minute. Too bad for them. She was looking at a lot more money with us there than the young man she was making eyes at. You blew it guys. If the manager reads this, you should be ashamed of yourself."

"childa expensive for the wings. we had 20 wings 15 of one and 5 of one) and 2 so, cost were directly at $50 at dinner when they had to buy a sporting event that they had to buy otherwise....then there is something worth it. we arrived at 17 o'clock and it wasn't crowded, maybe 8 other tables. the service was fast to get the drinks, but rather slow to get the wings. about 25 minutes. our server has moved, so I don't think that was the moment. the wings were good-ish, but not really much more than warm. no problem to get a togo box for left transfers and the bill was fast. many beautiful tvs to see with a lot of different sports to choose. it was clean and personal was warm. I will probably try again if I live so close, but I will do lunch for better prices."
