"I really enjoyed my visit to Castillo's. This time I had a combination of tostada and flauta, both with shredded beef, and the fish tacos again. I absolutely loved both dishes. I would give this visit 4 stars. It was my first time there and I appreciated that they have indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is nice, spacious, and clean. They start you off with chips and a very mild salsa that is more like a sauce than chunky tomato salsa. The fish tacos were incredibly delicious - grilled, not battered and fried, and very moist, with a nice salsa and special sauce on top. Two tacos were more than enough to fill me up, especially when paired with the very good Spanish rice and refried beans, both of which were also moist and delicious. The food came out hot and the Chile verde was also tasty. The service was very courteous and there was plenty of parking available."
