"During our visit to Bullthistle Brewing Company in Sherburne, we had a rather disappointing experience. After looking through the menu and selecting our flatbreads, we were unaware that we needed to order at the bar, as the sign indicating this was quite small and not very noticeable. We ended up waiting at our table for an additional 20 minutes without any staff member informing us of the ordering process. Although the bartender glanced at us several times, we felt ignored and ultimately decided to leave. With only two other couples in the establishment, a simple announcement about ordering at the bar would have been helpful. While I might consider giving them another chance in the future, I would recommend that they clearly state the ordering procedure on the menu for better customer understanding. This experience was unfortunate, but it's a valuable lesson to steer clear of places with such unwelcoming attitudes."
