"I was quite disappointed this morning at what is usually a reliable diner. We were seated in a quiet booth with only a few other customers present. After placing our order, we waited, watching as new customers arrived, ordered, made loud phone calls, and received their meals while we continued to wait. After 45 minutes, our server finally brought our food: a cold egg white Greek omelette with cold potatoes and an order of avocado toast that was drenched in salad dressing. When we went to pay, the manager on duty offered a brief apology but still charged us full price. Today was a letdown. The food was below average, the service was lacking, and the atmosphere was disrupted by customers yelling and swearing on their speakerphones throughout the morning. It's simply inconsiderate and bothersome to use speakerphones in a restaurant—please take your calls in your car before coming inside. Restaurant managers, it’s important to address this behavior."
