"Unfortunately I think this is the worst boba place I have ever been to. Walked into the place and there was no one at the register. Waited a few min, then decided to just order on the self order tablet. As soon as my order was paid for, the worker came out to tell me they were out of what I ordered. Ok, I ordered something else. He asked if I wanted to keep the same specs (75% sweet, coffee jelly). I said yes. It tasted like 200% sweet. I asked for the wifi pw and he gave it to me but within minutes, the wifi stopped working. The final straw was when I went to use the bathroom, and there was caked excrement in the toilet bowl and urine stains all over the seat like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Never going back."
