"Great subs. Ordered to go from here many times. Today, I went in with my 5 year old and placed an order for subs. The lady at the counter informed me I could NOT bring in any outside drinks and eat at their establishment. Told her it was a half drunk bottle of water for my daughter, nope policy. Cancelled my order and left. I appreciate that a restaurant can set its own rules. As a customer I can then not give them my business if I feel the rules are dumb. Not allowing to keep a bottle of water (for a child) because they want me to purchase one there is one of those rules. Shame too bc it’s a good place but I won’t be ordering from them ever again. Response to Owner: There was no sign outside, just by the register. The cashier was polite and professional (which has nothing to do with the original issue so why even bring it up) The biggest shame here is that you’d rather respond to any negative review but not work on your customer service or changing the issues people are complaining about. No wonder you’re losing business. I’d rather eat at Cheba hut"

"We tried Saigon 2 after seeing the reviews here. I was surprised when we were left standing in the doorway with no one to seat us. In a booth sat several employees, eating. After we sat, the sun was setting, and the sun was absolutely blinding as we tried to read the menu. There are no blinds on one of the windows, so not much they could do for us. The waiter spoke no English, and could not recommend anything or answer questions. He never took our drink order, do we just had water. The food was good, and came out incredibly quickly. We had the Shrimp Spring Rolls, and Fried Pork Chops. Despite the hiccups in service, we will go back for the food."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and we had a great time listening to the live music. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. We give the food, service, and atmosphere each a perfect score of 5. We highly recommend trying the Fried Calamari and Chicken Alfredo dishes."

"Unfortunately Mtucci's seems to be living off the great reputation they gained a few years back. We used to love this chain of restaurants, they had amazing food and lovely atmospheres in all their locations. This was a weekly, if not more frequently, stop for dinner. We went by again recently, after months of avoiding the place due to the declining quality of the food and service. Never again. We both felt ill after eating there, our order was wrong and the service wasn't great. I'm not sure how one could misunderstand a shellfish allergy for a gluten intolerance, but never the less I was told that I miscommunicated my own allergy to the waiter, who when the pasta arrived (oddly very cold and then steaming hot in parts), my dining partners food was cold. I understand that when opening many locations for a small business, some things need to be cut back on. Apparently to Mtuccis, that means cutting corners on food and customer service. "I'm a first-time customer, and this place is wonderful! Even though they were understaffed, the service and attitude were excellent. So much delicious food, especially the pho, porkchops, and ice cream! Will definitely return next time I'm in town. Vegetarian options: My niece loves this restaurant because of the variety of vegetarian choices.
