This experience could have been avoided if Thomas, the manager, had stayed with our table and not handed it off to someone who clearly wasn’t able to manage it. If the staff had been better trained to communicate and attend to our needs, Havana would have been aware of the missing food, and we wouldn't have had to endure such poor service.
Overall, it was just disappointing. The management and staff really need to improve. I left without eating, and the only compensation offered was a $25 gift card from Thomas, which felt inadequate. It's essential for them to own up to their mistakes. This birthday dinner was ruined because of the lack of proper service from both Havana and Thomas."
