Love the burgers and handmade shakes. The service is top notch, be sure to tip your servers, they work hard and do it with a smile and kind words.

They have very friendly service. The food was very well presented and it was probably the best ruby's I've been to in terms of food and service. At other Ruby's I have been to, the food always looks like it was made in a hurry and is never well cooked. This Ruby's was great.

The fresh sliced turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce was Excellent....the French fries hot and tasty. Clam chowder (New England style) was salty, the potatoes way under- cooked, and I didn't have One clam. Will NOT ORDER SOUP again. BUT WILL order the turkey sandwich...it was delicious. View menu

I tried the Super Burger and it was excellent. We also ordered a Salted Caramel Malt, which was delicious. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Our waitress, Winona, was cheerful and energetic. I truly enjoyed the entire experience. Although I was a bit late taking the photo, there was another half and a full malt as well.

Ruby's Diner has a clean restroom, and I visit about once a year to take care of my taxes. I usually sit in a booth for a few hours to get everything done. Although this place carries some painful memories—it’s where my wife divorced me and took the kids—I still have a certain fondness for it. Despite the tough times it reminds me of, I appreciate this spot. Thanks, and good night.

Delicious food and always friendly staff! Another one of my favorite local spots. I usually get their super burger (man my mouth watered just thinking of it) this time though i got their ranch burger. My boyfriend got the sea food plate and we got calamarifor an appetizer. To be honest, based on the reviews, I expected the food to be good, but I was disappointed. I ordered the Super Burger with fries. The fries were strangely chewy, but that wasn’t a major issue; they were okay. However, the burger was quite bad. It wasn't disgusting, but it had no flavor. The burger itself was unseasoned and bland, so the only things I could taste were the bread and the avocado—especially the avocado. I ordered a burger, not an avocado sandwich! Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially for the price.

I'd give them 0 stars because they are thieves. Harsh yes but my wife and I bought gift cards for gifts and our own use when I didn't want to spend cash. We were going to use our gift card and they said they wouldn't honor it. We told them we had around $80.00 and the card was good. They said no that they had changed hands and weren't going to honor our cards. They took on the business knowing this then refused to make good. So Rubi's dinners took money, refused service and we got ripped off. I'm made about the money but the food was nothing special. Red Robin and Chili's are a few blocks away and have better food. The food and service at Ruby's are excellent, with every menu item crafted to perfection. Unlike many places that have changed hands, Ruby's has managed to elevate the quality of its offerings even beyond what the original company provided. I highly recommend visiting for a nostalgic experience and don’t forget to ask for one of their cardboard cars! Their Mediterranean salad is outstanding, and although it's no longer on the menu, you can still request their fish tacos.
