"The worst food I've attempted to eat in years. I can't believe the lack of quality the food was. Waiter was wonderful when he actually had time to stop at our table. Not his fault the establishment was under staffed. He did the utmost best he could considering the circumstances he was stuck in. "The food at Olive Garden is typically mediocre, which is what I expected. However, today’s experience was incredibly uncomfortable. We were greeted by cold and unfriendly hostesses who seemed unhappy to be at work. When we were led to our table, it was absolutely disgusting. The hostess didn’t seem to care and walked away despite the obvious mess. There were oily handprints and food remnants on the booth, and the floor was littered with spaghetti and other trash. It was so dirty that we couldn’t even sit down. Our server appeared visibly annoyed and spent a mere 30 seconds hastily cleaning the floor. I didn’t see her wipe down the table or the booth at all. With pieces of spaghetti still under the table, she said “this is the best it’s gonna get” and left us to dine in that filthy area, which was completely unsuitable. I’ve never encountered anything like it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that there was a lack of care. We decided to leave because we truly didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness or the staff, which was disappointing given that we drove over 20 minutes to get there. It turned out to be a wasted trip."

"We were told to sit for 20 minutes, which was good, we were only waiting for about 5 minutes, which was great! But our waitress was well booked. She tried her hardest to deny everyone in time, but in the end the customers were dissatisfied. We ordered endless sauce to go with our bread sticks, and we only got a small bowl and when they promised to get more, forget them and we never more. We also ordered Dessert, but if we couldn't finish dessert, we waited for about 30 minutes to ask a box, but never saw our waitress again. We left our dessert because we couldn't find someone to ask a box. When we went to pay, we had to use the tablet on the table and as we had the information that it said, "Shrink" and we had to try again several times to finally go thru. Overall, the food was fine, it was warm and delicious, but I think it would be a better place if they had more employees."
