"The food at Olive Garden is typically mediocre, which is what I expected. However, today’s experience was incredibly uncomfortable. We were greeted by cold and unfriendly hostesses who seemed unhappy to be at work. When we were led to our table, it was absolutely disgusting. The hostess didn’t seem to care and walked away despite the obvious mess. There were oily handprints and food remnants on the booth, and the floor was littered with spaghetti and other trash. It was so dirty that we couldn’t even sit down. Our server appeared visibly annoyed and spent a mere 30 seconds hastily cleaning the floor. I didn’t see her wipe down the table or the booth at all. With pieces of spaghetti still under the table, she said “this is the best it’s gonna get” and left us to dine in that filthy area, which was completely unsuitable. I’ve never encountered anything like it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that there was a lack of care. We decided to leave because we truly didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness or the staff, which was disappointing given that we drove over 20 minutes to get there. It turned out to be a wasted trip."

I wish I had something nice to say about this lunch experience. My office ordered from this location today and when I received my meal I notice a dead bug. Very disturbing and gross. Lunch was ruined obviously. Do better when preparing someone's food.

During my visit to the city as a non-US citizen, I decided to try the famous Olive Garden. It wasn't too busy, and our server was fantastic and friendly—she really was exceptional. The food was quite good; the salads were tasty, and the soup I had was excellent. However, we did receive a few incorrect items, and the onion rings were a bit soft and mushy, as if they were under-fried. Additionally, my takeout order was missing the pasta. Despite these issues, the overall experience at Olive Garden was enjoyable.

This location offered the typical Olive Garden experience. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday and were seated immediately. The food was fresh and hot, and the salad was crisp and refreshing. Our server had to cover two sections on opposite sides of the restaurant, so there was a slight delay in service, but she did a great job of attending to our needs and checking on us at reasonable intervals. Overall, I would recommend this location for anyone who enjoys Olive Garden. View menu
