"The location was lovely, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered a dragon fruit drink with coconut milk, but they didn't have any pink dye for it, so they offered me a larger size to make up for the inconvenience. The taste didn't change, though! It's a great spot for sitting down and having meetings. Plus, the parking lot was just a few minutes away, which was really convenient."

"The service was quick and friendly, but there is one major issue: the Starbucks logo is positioned poorly on the building. Instead of being visible from the entrance, where traffic can easily see it, the logo is placed where passersby can't notice it at all. The only way we discovered the Starbucks was because someone brought us there. Please make this change!"

"My friends and I were looking forward to our meal at Gibsons, but the overall experience was just OK. We had a 7pm reservation but did not get seated until 7:45. It was busy there but this is unacceptable, and I was embarrassed because I had suggested going there. We each ordered a drink, appetizers, shared sides, and each of us got the 10 oz filet mignon. The mashed potatoes were beyond salty but the rest of the food was OK. Bottom line, though, is I have had better meals at half the price, and probably won't go back. The one bright spot was our sever, Diana, who was great."

"On Saturday, June 28th, the staff decided to close early for their own convenience, claiming that customers were causing trouble around 1 AM."

"really shocked!! something you would not expect.. just a small place next to a boutique hotel... but.... the service was great (although they were super busy)... the drinks were good.. and the food was exceptional.. really.. i was actually shocked by the quality of the food. burger was next level and tacos were fantastic, so were the rolls.. really good.. the sauces that came with it were exceptional .. place was rocking and it was as much a lounge with lots of young ppl hanging out for drinks as it was a place to have a late dinner. the prices were a bit up there but very good quality so I would not really care to look at the bill. The server was great and so was the hostess and the bartender.. fantastic all around!!"

"Staff made eatting there a pleasure. Drinks nd food came fast. The atmosphere was awsome. Very clean bathroom clean with pleasant sent. They serve alcoholic beverages which are yes, yes, yes made right. Food was impeccable. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced for the amount of food and drinks we got. Definitely going again. I recommend trying anything on menu that appeals to you. You can't go wrong."

"Typical for this type of mass production coffee retailer. Clean, well maintained, sterile, tries too hard to be hipster and cool. Yes, many varieties....yes, many styles.....but seriously, can't you try a small business coffee vendor instead? You know the kind, where the staff actually enjoy your biz, know you by name and what you order.....?"

"I ordered breakfast for delivery, and while the food was excellent (5/5), the atmosphere just wasn't my thing (1/5)—it felt too crowded or overwhelming. However, the service was top-notch (5/5). Overall, I spent around $10-20 per person. If you're looking for great food and good service, this place has it, but be prepared for a lively scene!"

"**History:** The first Starbucks opened its doors in Seattle on March 30, 1971, and between 1987 and 2007, the company rapidly expanded, adding nearly two new branches every day. The original Starbucks was founded by Jerry Baldwin, an English teacher, Zev Siegl, a history teacher, and Gordon Bowker, a writer, all of whom were alumni of the University of San Francisco. Their goal was to provide customers with high-quality coffee. The first location was at 2000 Western Avenue and operated there until 1975, after which it moved to 1912 Pike Place Market, where it still stands today. Initially, Starbucks sold only roasted whole coffee beans and did not brew coffee for sale; instead, they offered free samples to entice customers to buy the whole beans. In 1987, the original owners sold Starbucks to former employee Howard Schultz, who shifted the focus towards robust flavors and an Italian-style espresso coffee experience."

"Isabella is bright, cheery and inviting with pretty awesome hair and when I left my cell phone they didn't let someone else take it or take it themselves, but it being right where I left it, I felt a sense of social responsibility is what happens here...andnow some soda water and funk music? : . Thanks to Cathy and Sarah, too. And keeping at keast one bathroom with codeless entry, very awesome. Way better than the Jensen Lopez', which went out of business."

"This Starbucks is the closest to my house. The staff are very friendly here. I don't usually write negative reviews, however, i've had a few instances where they forget to add items in the order. This photo is from a few months back. This morning i had the same experience where I paid for cold foam but did not get it on my drink. In the mornings, it is hard to get the staffs attention at times to fix the order. At times it feels as if they are avoiding looking at the customer waiting at the bar. I like this location but it's disappointing when your drink is not exactly what you wanted!"

"I hadn't visited this Starbucks location in a while, and I was taken aback when I walked in today. The first thing I noticed was that they had removed all the chairs and tables. Without any seating, there's no place to enjoy your coffee or charge your phone since there are no outlets on the walls. To make matters worse, they've also eliminated public restrooms. It's as if Starbucks is saying, "give us your money, take your coffee, and leave." Overall, I am very disappointed and definitely won't be returning here."
"This Starbucks in San Diego is one of the best, most reliable, and cleanest locations around! The staff is friendly and helpful, always striving to make your visit enjoyable. There’s free parking available in the back, and metered street parking right in front, which is free during the early morning hours! The store is consistently well-stocked, offering a wide variety of items to meet your needs. Your drinks are prepared promptly and always taste great. Inside, there’s plenty of seating, as well as a small patio outside where you can relax and enjoy your beverages and snacks. Conveniently located on Washington Street, this Starbucks is close to several restaurants and specialty stores, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll and exploration!"
"I’ve never seen a smaller espresso than this, not even in Italy! Make sure to check the cup before you accept it! In other Starbucks, the coffee has always been filled higher! The environment was a bit dirty and disorganized. However, the staff was very friendly, just like in all the Starbucks I have visited in California so far."

"The restaurant had a nice layout, but it was quite dirty. My order was wrong, and my cinnamon roll was placed on a dirty counter. The restroom was in poor condition and seemed neglected by a previous visitor. Although someone tried to clean it, their efforts were insufficient. The staff was very loud, making it hard for me to hear my phone call. A woman who appeared to be in charge was leading the loud laughter that persisted throughout my visit. The floors and tables were also dirty, and my food was served on a counter covered with wet coffee, straw wrappers, and other trash. It seemed the staff should have spent more time cleaning instead of laughing so much."

"Unpleasant experience this morning. Was attended (6 minutes after I arrived) by a worker that displayed a careless, and uninviting attitude. The worker appeared to have no interest in providing the slightest ounce of helpful and welcoming customer service. I grabbed a sandwich from the cold case and placed it on the counter, very close to the cash register. After I ordered my drink, I placed the sandwich into my bag. Shortly after the worker went to the back to bring what appeared to be a supervisor. The supervisor reported that the worker had said that I grabbed a sandwich and put it in my bag after I had said, yes I paid for this. Apparently the worker did not charge me for my sandwich and did not apologize either for not charging me and instead accused me of stealing a sandwich. Horrible. I would appreciate a more attentive and kind cashier. At least my latte was good."
