"After moving from a three-flat with a terrible management company, this place has been a breath of fresh air. The management has been incredibly helpful and transparent, particularly through the Rise app. Having packages delivered directly to my door is now a breeze thanks to the Fetch app, and they always arrive on time. The amenities are excellent, although I haven't had the chance to enjoy them much because of Covid. The apartments have been beautifully renovated without taking shortcuts. My only complaint is that, despite the building's older structure (which typically means thicker walls and ceilings), I can still occasionally hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around. I understand that noise is a common issue in any apartment, but it can be quite frustrating at times. Other than that, the location is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the units are lovely with stunning views."
