"Additionally, the extra box wrap I paid for and the silly rubber duck were missing. While it may not be the end of the world, it was an expensive gift that fell short of expectations. This isn't my first experience with this restaurant through DoorDash; I ordered from them last year and had a great experience. However, this time, the cold sandwiches and the state of the donuts suggested that the quality has declined. It seems like they are now selling low-quality, mass-produced food that is simply reheated. There appears to be a lack of proper training for their staff and no management oversight, which is disappointing. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, and I have no plans to order from them again. I also intend to share a photo of the bitten donut on other review sites. They really need to step up their game. If you're considering ordering through DoorDash, think twice—this experience was inexcusable."
