"The location by La Fiesta was even more frustrating. We ordered two burger meals with a malt and a mix. After charging us, they informed us that we couldn't have a mix and made us pay again for a malt. It was their mistake, and then they told my mom to wait in a different line for the mix. But how could she retrieve her food when it was ready? It’s impossible to be in two places at once. Thankfully, I stayed back to wait for it.
The shift manager was incredibly rude. If you make so many mistakes, shouldn’t you try to fix the issues? The saga continued, and they ended up losing our order just like before. When we finally did get our food, they had forgotten our malts. We waited and watched as families in line for ice cream walked out one after another. The lady at the front counter was kind and tried to help by making our malts, but she was overwhelmed trying to juggle front service and our order.
Finally, we got our malts and left after 45 minutes, and I can confidently say we will never go back."
