"Taste of saltiness and close to cold food... Each month that passes by with this location, there 's more and more young workers, and less people that come in to eat. I called in for a pickup order at 6:53 pm, got there at 7:15, didn 't get my food til 7:30 pm. I originally asked for mini mozzarella sticks, but ended up with the three piece instead. The person on the phone failed to tell me in advance of what they did and didn 't have in stock. Why does it take close to 40 mins for such a basic order, especially with a slow night. When I got to Friendly 's, there 's maybe 5 people working all chatting to themselves, still working, but it takes a while to greet me. There were 5 tables open with a good 10 or so people in the restaurant. Once I got to see my food and ready to eat, the food isn 't hot, barely warm, there 's barely ice cream, barely any gummy bears, they didn 't even fill the small cup. And for some reason the food taste extremely salty. I wasn 't even able to finish it. Everyone here is more focused on socializing with themselves, rather than giving people the food that they paid for."
