"kindness is fine; there are no big complaints from me. In my opinion, the food is nothing special. I bought the updated loaded pommes and basically got the same thing as a Dab of cheese and teaspoon of bacon bits lol. Can not say that it even added a lot to taste and I regret to pay for the upgrade. The food was not up, the equivalent of a steak and shake. The ice cream stood out from the rest of the meal. It seems that this is something that people bring as the highlight, and I agree. Many selections tastefully so you have no problems finding something you like. The Halloween theme ice cream was a funny pleasure and night out."

It was discreet. Service was a little slow 25 min from order to starters. The rest of the service was modern, and the food was what friendly can be expected... ok Eating GREAT ice cream. But who goes to kindness is for the microwave kitchen?

Our waitress Olivia was very sweet and attentive to our big group tonight! The staff in general are very nice at the Lakeshore Friendly's. The food was good too. I would have like more chicken in my Crispy chicken salad, but was good, and only reason I'm giving 4 stars.
