"This place was all the rage when we stopped for a late lunch. We had meant to go through the drive through, but I missed the turn. I'm still not sure how to enter it. In any case, there were probably 15 or 20 cars waiting. Now that's either dedication or a sign that the locals wish to avoid eating in. So, as we weren't locals, we ate in. The restaurant was quaint and the walls told of the history of Dairy King. The food was tasty and what you would expect of a fast food joint. Service was great, especially considering the post office sized line of cars outside full of hungry people waiting for their burgers. I don't know that I'll be back, but I'm glad we had the experience."

"I make it a point to visit this restaurant as frequently as possible during their seasonal opening. Their prices are unmatched in the entire three-county area, and their ice cream is truly the best around. The customer service is consistently outstanding; they always exceed my expectations, especially when I request extra, extra sprinkles for my son! The chicken is also fantastic, so I wholeheartedly recommend this place year after year. Once you give it a try, you won’t be able to resist returning for their delicious ice cream!"

"Came here because of the great reviews and really wanted to experience an old fashioned drive in that's not a franchise like Sonic. We ordered cheeseburgers, chicken sandwich, curly fries, cheese fries, and of course root beers. We stayed in the car and ordered. Speakers were kinda muffled so ordering wasn't that easy but I guess still not bad. The food came out pretty fast and the burgers were just ok, nothing to rave about. The cheese fries were ok. The curly fries was good and the root beers honestly tasted like Sprechters. My favorite was probably the root beer. The waitress was nice but didn't have much interaction other than her bringing us our food and taking my credit card for payment. I was really hoping for a better experience because of the reviews but I honestly have to say it was just ok."

"This neighborhood gem is worth the wait in line and the extra step you may need to take to ensure you have cash to pay the bill! I really appreciate the quality of ice cream Italian ice, and accompaniments. The other ice cream places in the area do not compare. If you have ever worked in a food retailer, you know how much work goes into getting everything ready and available. You try to take care of the customers quickly, so you can work on the behind-the-scenes tasks before the next rush. The owner is the best because she is efficient and knowledgeable about the products. My husband has one request, which is to have Sea Turtle ice cream on the menu every year. Oh, our dog Dunston leads us here all summer long for a frozen Pup Cup."

"Instead, I received a tiny sandwich in a hot dog bun, filled with barely any grilled vegetables. To make matters worse, I wasn't offered any discount despite being told earlier that they would provide one due to the lack of vegetarian choices. When I called to explain the situation, the staff was unhelpful and asked me to go through unnecessary steps instead of simply issuing a refund. I just wanted my money back, but the person on the phone claimed there was nothing she could do and suggested I had already eaten the sandwich, which was completely untrue. I had witnesses who could confirm that I hadn't touched the unsatisfying, unappetizing meal. I offered to bring the food back, but the staff member insisted on talking to the manager for approval, all while treating me with an unwarranted attitude. She even mentioned I could have my tip back, which I found incredibly disrespectful given that the error was on their part. To top it off, she hung up on me. This was the most appalling display of poor customer service I've ever experienced. My family, who often orders from this restaurant, was astounded by the way I was treated, and we've collectively decided never to return. I regret spending $20 just to warn others not to waste their time or money here. The staff's attitude towards vegetarians was especially concerning. If you're looking for vegetarian options, I advise you to steer clear. In short, all I wanted was a refund for an overpriced meal that was completely wrong. Save your money and protect your peace. This place is not worth it—vegetarians, beware!"

"the new owners are great people. they really take time with each order. the pulpits are always fresh and soou good! the staff is very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. they make suggestions and offer sample of new articles. understandable, as they are made to order fresh, they need a little head on what they need and when. the best of phillys shops by far. place is always clean and they can say that employees love their job through their positive attitude. never disappointed. always a hit. lately I have them as "then to the hospital staff who told me they were grateful (and so sick of donuts). think about the extension on birthday parties, parental teachers and my book club. they are great at picnics and bbq 's where the cold beer flows."

"Hyppo pops are the perfect treat when I want something light but still want to feel like I'm having dessert. I'm dairy free and my typical struggle with popsicles is that I'm typically stuck with fruity flavors that aren't creamy at all, and are so overbearingly sweet. I've had multiple Hyppo pop flavors, but I continuously go back to the Phoenix. It's 3 layers strawberry, mango, and coconut, and it's so thick and creamy that the texture made me triple check that it was dairy free!"

I have tried hot dogs from every place in n myrtle beach, and I have never found one as good as mr. g’s! they only use bark hot dogs, and I recommend it fully charged! the other reason why I like to go to mr. g’s is because of their eises. they use blue bell ice cream cream, and my favorite is the key lime pie eis."
