"There’s a clear reason for the long wait times here, and it has nothing to do with the ice cream. The staff at Jimmy’s is extremely disorganized and fails to deliver accurate orders. The time it takes to place your order is quite lengthy, and the loud music makes it difficult to hear the server or even communicate with your own group. I ordered two simple ice creams: vanilla and pistachio, both in cups with lids (despite the vast selection of flavors advertised on their boards, the only ones available were strawberry, vanilla, pistachio, and chocolate). When my order was ready, it was handed to me separately at the pick-up window: the vanilla ice cream came in a paper bag (which was confusing since I didn’t order it to go), and the pistachio ice cream was actually just soft vanilla ice cream drenched in a bright green syrup. There were no pistachio nuts in sight! I will definitely not be coming back. The hype surrounding this place is simply not worth it."
