"Terrible service. The employee at the front clearly did not own up to her own mistakes. Our meal showed ready and there was only one meal finished waiting. When we showed our receipt, this female employee refused to read it and gave us the wrong meal, while still preparing it. Even when someone else came in to claim that meal, which was theirs, the employee still would not let us get our meal. She then badgered her boss instead to come out, who right away gave us the correct meal that had been just sitting there. With all her attitude, terrible service. This is my first time writing a negative review because this service is so bad."

"This was my second visit in a couple weeks. I had avocado toast on sourdough.It was so delicious, I ordered it again on my second visit.The store is clean, and food delicious. The only issue is the menu posted was not up to date. Some of the sandwich options are being phased out and though posted, are no longer available.Note that masks are still required, and there is no seating inside. The food was delicious, and worth the wait!"

"The server is the most personal fast food visitor I have experienced recently; it treats everyone as regular. The French fries were really-to-billing crispy, and I liked the brioche bun. My grandson didn't waste time with a dipping sauce for his nuggets, robbed them in record time and then sniffed some of my wife's humble order. Not every Wendy's Store offers self-service drinks, but it even has the imagination fountain. I would come back if she was asked."

"So we went in there we ended up getting three meals two baconators one spicy cheese with queso french fries and baconator fries and we got a 20 piece chicken nugget and they screwed everything up so my husband had to go in the next day and get our food redone because the chicken sandwiches well no the baconator was a chicken sandwich yeah chicken sandwiches on pretzel buns so yeah I was a little irritated Don't go there at night only go there during the day and don't try DoorDashing because they screw that up too friend of mine just had a door dash done and they didn't even put cheese on his baconator."

"Stopped by for breakfast before work. Ordered a honey butter chicken meal with a frosty cinco as well as a extra honey butter chicken sandwich. Whomever took the order was at speaker was pretty rude, I asked for extra chocolate in my frosty cinco they told me it would be a up charge I said fine even though of the at least 25 times I’ve ordered never been up charged. Yet I was charged for a jr frosty which was 1.19 so 1.19 for extra chocolate? That’s a little over board! Then I get all the way to work realize I have a biscuit with no chicken just a cut biscuit. I call Wendy’s I talk to maybe the manager I don’t know I couldn’t even get a name just said jes who was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Told me I can drive back and she’ll replace sandwich I explained I’m at work no way I can come back now. Asked if meal could be replaced she said no she not authorized. Cut me off most of conversation. I’m at work with no breakfast even though I paid for it. At least you can do is replace whole meal I’m wasting my time and gas driving back! Clean it up jes you’re in customer service no need to be so rude. If customer service is not you’re strength find something else but don’t treat every customer rude. Reading reviews I see it happens a lot"

"Saturday evening and the dining room is empty, with no one ordering or eating inside. The drive-thru is also deserted, yet they are turning cars away, claiming they are only accepting mobile orders due to being short-staffed. Despite this, there are at least two employees inside the store just standing around and talking instead of serving customers. This poor business practice has left a negative impression and I will not be returning. It seems like they do not value or need the business of their customers."

"I waited in line with 3 other cars for 15 minutes before I got the speaker. Once I got to the speaker, the greeting I received from the woman inside was just the word “yes?” She made me feel like i’m an inconvenience for coming through the restaurant and giving them my money. No “Hi how are you” or “Welcome to Wendy’s” just “yes?” Terrible way to greet your customers, step it up Wendy’s. Very disappointed in the service here. "Poor service, friendly but clueless counter cashier.Eventually, successfully ordered two, to go, apple pecan salads. After getting back on the road, I discovered neither came w dressing or pecans. Both essentially had no apple slices and were made with only Romaine lettuce.The salads weren't even close to being worth 8.69 each, but the chili was good.The same Wendy's salads earlier in the week (Madison WI) were cheaper, made with mixed spring greens, adequate apples, and included both pecans and dressing!The customer ahead of me had issues also.Go elsewhere, save time and ."

"We ordered two bacon burgers and two cups of chili for our meal. We added cheese to both. However, the fries were greasy, as if they had been fried the day before. They were cold and hard, and the burgers were also cold, with just the patty and bacon—nothing else. The chili had neither cheese nor the toppings we requested, and it was mostly bland. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
