Wendy's - Menu

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. The service is extremely slow, and the food is disappointing. The drive-thru is chaotic. They should have just left it closed.

I had the double meal at Dave's with a side of chili. The burger was fresh, the fries were hot, and the chili was fantastic. I visited the new Wendy's in Xenia, and it looks great. The updates were definitely needed, and the restaurant was very clean. I give it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars!

I simply don't understand why I experience disappointment every time I visit this restaurant! Regardless of when I go, I always end up waiting at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Usually quite good food and service. But I messed up my order a few times. For example, today I ordered a Jr. Hamburger with mustard, pimple and onion... I revalued a Jr. Hamburger with Mayo, Senf and Pickle... how could you get that mixed? You gave me a free Hamburg replacement. This is a GOOD policy they have.

The service was attentive and friendly, also rated at 4 out of 5. As for the atmosphere, it was inviting and enjoyable, again scoring a 4 out of 5. Overall, a great place to dine!

I sat for almost 20 minutes had a cheeseburger a fry six nuggets all of which were old there was no care from anyone it seemed like the whole staff was taking turns to go out back and smoke cigarettes and play with her phone very disappointing I've had good experiences with you guys in the past for lunch but I am like everyone else I don't want cold food and it's sitting wait for it please get it together Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited in line with 3 other cars for 15 minutes before I got the speaker. Once I got to the speaker, the greeting I received from the woman inside was just the word “yes?” She made me feel like i’m an inconvenience for coming through the restaurant and giving them my money. No “Hi how are you” or “Welcome to Wendy’s” just “yes?” Terrible way to greet your customers, step it up Wendy’s. Very disappointed in the service here.
