"If there were a zero-star option, that’s what I would choose. The food was cold and dry, as if it had been prepared a day earlier. I ordered a chicken strip meal, but since I mentioned I didn’t need a drink, I only received chicken tenders. When I returned to the drive-thru, the employee informed me that because I didn’t want a drink, I was only eligible for 5 chicken tenders. The meal costs $5 and includes a drink, fries, and 5 chicken tenders, so I ended up paying full price for just 5 old tenders. It shouldn’t be this complicated—when I say I want the combo but don’t need the drink, I shouldn’t just receive 5 stale chicken tenders. Terrible service at Hardee’s in Gaston, NC. In my opinion, everyone there should be replaced with people who actually want to work."

"Went to Hardee's late in the evening on 10/18 and the crew working was great! Ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and it was great! Pretty impressed with the quality of this sandwich coming from a fast food place. Order was 100% correct and everything was hot and fresh."

"This Hardee's is at exit 63 just outside Petersburg off I-85. This is an old Hardee's and is nasty inside and out. Bathrooms stink. Dining room floor, tables, and even the windows are dirty. A Hardee's maintenance guy had a step ladder in front of one of the drink fountains blocking access but there was no ice in either machine anyway and it was lunchtime. Two combos were over $22 which is ridiculous. Noticed when leaving the wall below the drive thru window was all nasty black with grease. Yuck! Nasty nasty will not go back."

"People seem to be really excited about Hardee, but in my opinion, this restaurant is overrated. Anyone who gives the food a high rating clearly hasn't tried truly delicious Chinese cuisine, like what you can find at Asian Yummy House on Broadway in Brooklyn, which deserves a solid 5 stars! Their food is genuinely exceptional. I would rate Hardee only 1.5 stars. The chicken wings are small and often overcooked, and the Lo Mein is the driest and blandest I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant. As for the General Tso's Chicken, it's far from good; the sauce is consistently too thick and sticky. Overall, this place is definitely overhyped."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service is excellent, and my orders are always accurate and fresh. What really impresses me is the overall customer service, particularly from the General Manager. She's the only one I've seen at a fast food place in the area who actively interacts with customers. Unlike others, she doesn't shy away from engaging with diners and is quick to assist her team whenever they need help. All the employees are professional and courteous, making for a wonderful dining experience."

"The lady had a crazy swing with every word she said it wasn't a big deal, though I'm used to my ex-girlfriend doing that. My order was 100% accurate, although the burger was a little sloppy. It made itself for it and taste and taste. I guess it's okay if a burger is a little sloppy when it tastes. "Had a last minute care order for 80 fried chicken. Not only was the person who answered the phone extremely polite and professional, he took time to provide and estimate, instructions for the online payment process, and confirm pickup and contact information. While this is no less than I would expect for even 4 star service, he went beyond and beyond with a pleasant and friendly setting on the phone Amd in-person. My order was all freshly cooked and perfect for my arrival. He even offered me a drink while I was waiting for the staff to pack the boxes properly into a large box for transportation and loading in my vehicle. I was really impressed by the above and beyond the service I received from this little, from the way Fast Food Restaurant."

"Among all the fast food chains, Hardee's offers the finest burgers, but the Hopewell location truly excels. They make a point of preparing their burgers meticulously and topping them with the perfect amount of ingredients. The staff is consistently friendly and never gives off any negative vibes. Jeremiah at the drive-thru is especially welcoming, making you eager to come back with his warm personality and outstanding customer service. "According to online it says they open at 530 I tried sitting in the parking lot for a while. Around 6 they finally came in to let me know they would not be opening until 630 well at 630 I tried back again and they informed me they still wouldn't be open for at least another 10 minutes. I understand things happen but come on at least fix it online that you won't be open until 7 or whenever you are ACTUALLY going to open."

"The cashier at the drive-thru window was the kindest young lady. I have never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff were as beautiful as they were rude. Despite the other employees not being very attentive or courteous, this young lady's exceptional service makes me want to return. "The customer service could really use some improvement—perhaps some training would help. The girl who took my order wasn’t paying attention, which resulted in my order being incorrect. They did fix it, but then tried to charge me extra for their mistake. I was left standing around and walking back and forth only to be told, "Oh never mind, you’re good!" First of all, I already know I’m good, thank you. Secondly, it seems like you all need to communicate better. Also, I noticed a female employee sitting on the counter when I walked in, which didn’t come off as very sanitary or professional. To top it all off, my order was still wrong."
