"Came here a few times doing door dash orders so I did not necessarily EAT here , but I was so just impressed with the staff I had to leave a review . For one today is new years morning and every time I came for an order they were slammed with like one person at each station . The service was STILL amazing the young lady working the floor I think Miya or something , there was a young man working the windows then the manager was in then back preparing food and talking them through everything . The patients and respect she had for these employees was shocking to me , todays world everyone is so rude and ESPECIALLY when they’re short staffed and busy but no her tone stayed calm and relaxed , she talked to her employees and customers kindly I just can’t praise this experience enough . Doing door dash I’ve been in PLENTy restaurants, I’ve never seen someone run a shift so smoothly and respectfully, I had to come and give them their praises , hopefully someone in corporate sees this review and gives them their praises because they handled this day AMAZINGLY!"

Stopped in Thanksgiving morning and it was busy. Even shorthanded, they were quick to get out everyone's meals.

The lady working the cash register and drive thru, also making food, etc… used the restroom and walked right by my wife and daughter without washing her hands. It happened after we eat. I wish I knew before ordering food and eating it. Never going back to this restaurant

Waited at register first person spent several minutes punching keys then just walked away without saying anything another person came to the other register and finally waited on us. I’m not sure why this particular location is even open for business,…. Past experience is that the fry’s are usually cold, or the order is completely wrong and or missing things. They are always slow. Tonight’s experience, this location closes at 10pm I was there at 8:35 pm tried to order hotdogs and was too “we aren’t doing anymore hotdogs tonight so I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, and was told we aren’t doing those either “…… then what are you doin ????

The restaurant is clean, and the food is consistent with what you would find at other locations. However, the standout aspect of our visit was the exceptional service we received from the young man who took our order. It was truly refreshing to see someone so friendly, well-groomed, and genuinely professional while interacting with customers. His natural demeanor felt authentic and not forced at all. He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding service, and we were really impressed by his cheerful attitude!
