"The customer service could really use some improvement—perhaps some training would help. The girl who took my order wasn’t paying attention, which resulted in my order being incorrect. They did fix it, but then tried to charge me extra for their mistake. I was left standing around and walking back and forth only to be told, "Oh never mind, you’re good!" First of all, I already know I’m good, thank you. Secondly, it seems like you all need to communicate better. Also, I noticed a female employee sitting on the counter when I walked in, which didn’t come off as very sanitary or professional. To top it all off, my order was still wrong."
