"Poking around food apps and saw Bussdown. The value is there. The chicken side $15, looked like a full meal. I think the brine is 24 hours? Really moist, well seasoned batter and the most delicate crisp. The mac, you can tell the cheese is high quality and complex. Star was the 13 hour oxtails. Look at the beautiful color on the plate! Everything worked harmoniously pickled veg, spritz of fresh lime, cilantro, shredded cabbage, caramelized plantains, wedges of pineapple and watermelon. The oxtails meaty and gelatinous. Carolina rice and beans a simply beautiful revelation. Quibbles, but these were extras I wasn't expecting in the meal, yams, super sweet and collard greens, crazy salty, both ended in the compost. The rest of the meal fantastic and held up well in delivery, chicken still hot AND crisp. Though a suggestion would be to keep the bird in a separate container away from all the greens juices. Would definitely order again! Felt fresh and light!"
