"The drive through was packed with the after church crowd. I ran in to get a to go order. My first thought, this was a mistake but the manager (Cole) was on it. The older guy in front of me got his order very quickly and he stopped Cole and told him theywere doing a great job. Cole was continuing to encourage the cook staff as he bagged orders in the drive through and inside. Iwas impressed to see a young man working that hard at his job. We need more people like him. My order was the best turkey baconranch wrap ever! Thank you!"

"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order, and during that time, my car barely moved. The line extended all the way to the Best Buy stop sign, which made the wait feel even longer. It would be great if the staff could work more efficiently to improve the drive-thru experience."

"Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 max 5 chicken sandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what Then, she corrected herself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I’m confused too if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt like forever. Once I’m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her my coupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn’t even bother to look) and she said “$25” in a rude tone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say.I worked in customer service for quite a few years, and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer’s point of view. Overall, “Fancy” needs some retraining on her customer service skills maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry.P.S., she wasn’t wearing her name tag at the window, which just shows that she’s probably been complained about before by other customers in the past."

"Arby's has the meats, but they don't like sharing it much. The regular sandwiches have so little meat on them it isn't worth buying. In order to get a sandwich portion of meat you have to order a speciality sandwich or get a double. The food is goodquality, but the price point is higher than a lot of other fast food restaurants. Good for an occasional stop, not a regulareatery."

"I wish there was a way to give negative ratings because I had a terrible experience at Arby's. They messed up my entire order, and even when I went inside to resolve it, they still didn't give me what I originally ordered. After checking the bags, I noticed they took my incorrect order and set it aside to be served to the next customers. That is so unsanitary! On top of that, they acted as if the mistake was my fault when all I wanted was my order. They definitely need better training or a staff overhaul, especially the girl with green hair who had a really poor attitude!"

"The cashier was newer with only a months experience, which we didn’t mind. She asked multiple questions of staff, which we also didn’t mind. Then we were told there was no roast beef for 15-20 minutes after we had already paid. We didn’t mind, we just asked for a refund and would change our orders. Then the newer cashier got really sassy and whiny with her coworkers to do the refund. It was really unprofessional, and I felt like I was witnessing a toddler about to throw a tantrum to the staff. The order and refund ended up taking 5-7 minutes and then wait on food took maybe another 3-5, so we might as well have gotten roast beef.On another hand, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Every piece of porcelain was orange and stained, which I passed as really rusty water, but the bathrooms across the parking lot were fine. Awful place. Go to the McDonald’s across the street."

"My boyfriend and I dined at Arby's for dinner tonight, using the drive-thru. We received excellent and friendly service right from the start. The person taking our order was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the staff member at the window was incredibly sweet to our excited dog. Both gentlemen who assisted us delivered exceptional customer service, completing their tasks with smiles on their faces! Their sense of humor truly made our day brighter. We will definitely be returning because such outstanding customer service is rare these days. We visited between 10:00 and 10:30 PM on May 29th. Arby’s should definitely recognize those working that shift and consider giving them a raise!"
"The worst Arby?s I have ever been to, went thru the drive thru because that is still all that they have open. Ordered a beef and cheddar with extra cheddar, was charged a dollar for the extra cheddar, got the roast beef on a beef and cheddar bun withabsolutely zero cheddar on it! Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and got no marinara sauce. Did get exactly 22packets of Arby?s sauce though! I will never stop here again!"

"Sowe stopped in for a quick bite on our way home.Although the attached gas station was pretty busy, no one was inside rearing to order some roast beef !?!We had ordered at the drive-through had to pull up to await our freshly cooked food.I decided to go in wash my hands then decided to stay inside to wait for our order. The guy filling our order was super friendly ! He saw me asked if I had ordered. Great customer service (of course, I was the only one in line).After grabbing our order heading to the car to continue our route, I pulled out my brisket sandwich (which had great texture tastenot real fond of the BBQ sauce on it), it was just above lukewarm (kinda the reason for just 4 stars) !?!The other kinda reason was the look of the friendly guy taking care of my order. He didnt SEEM to have a uniform on was wearing his hoodie over his head (it wasnt cold in there! The other employees weretherefor a paycheck it seemed !? Even the drive-through attendant never really treated me as a valued customer.One had mopped the floor (which left dirty footprints as I walked carefully across was never warned to walk with caution).Not sure that well stop here again as we travel that route !?!"
"One of the better fast food places in Salem because some of them are purely atrocious. The only places I've seen worse attitudes and less performance is in inner city areas I've been to. This said I must say I am pleased in general with my transactions with this local Arby's. Its a bit expensive at times but the store is clean, the bathrooms don't look like someone projectile vomited on them and when I get my food its fresh and warm to hot. The fries are usually excellent and the shakes and other things are tasty. Occasionally you get someone that needs an attitude adjustment but otherwise I usually have good vibes from this place. Keep doing good work Salem Arby's."

"The service here is quick, and the staff is incredibly friendly! This restaurant is consistently spotless, including the bathrooms. The owners must take great pride in their employees. We always enjoy visiting Arby's and indulging in their signature sandwiches. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience every time!"

"I'm pretty steamed. We love Arby's and one bad experience doesn't always mean it isn't a good restaurant. But after spending fruitless minutes trying to send a message to corporate, it is obvious that Arby's doesn't really care! (So their web site tries to tell me otherwise). Kept rejecting my comment because I didn't know the store number and their locator page wasn't working properly. Hello there is only 1 Arby's in Bethalto IL!!! So, I tried the nice way but now I'll post the review. 8:05 on a Thursday night: dry roast beef (probably cooked earlier) and shake machine down for repairs. Lessons learned: 1. Don't eat at this Arby's after supper rush is over 2. Don't bother trying to contact corporate they are so wrapped up in their own red tape that they don't really care if they make it complicated to contact them."
"Horrible fish , Horrible curly fries, Horrible mozzarella sticks. Must've been from yesterday. 30.00 for food I wouldn't even feed my dog. Service was very slow and no one seemed to know what was happening. The atmosphere was fine , was the only one there. Wish you'd guys would do better. Sad ,food used to be good. "My favorite place to go. I can dress casual. I can look like a hurricane victim. Either way no questions are asked. Food is handed over with a smile and everyone's so enthusiastic to see you! Takes a minute more than most but that's how you know it's done right. Not just thrown in the bag.Parking: Accessible in every direction. Not all packed in a line like a conveyor belt. "Too bad that every time I go somewhere, I have to check my order! In these days they give you what they want you to have, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and received a double chocolate chip cookie that I cannot stand. And I always find out when I'm at work and can't go back. I thought the point of accuracy was that I don't have to check my order because they should give me the right order before it is handed over to me, but everywhere I go, I always get the wrong order and if I don't check it, then I'm just screwed!"

"I ordered mac cheese the other day. They charged me for it I called and told them about it. They told me to give them my name which I did. So today we go to arby's I told them about the mac cheese from the other day and gave them my name they gave me a cheese cup no mac cheese. I won't be back because they failed to give me what I ordered. I am very disappointed with them."
