"The worst Arby?s I have ever been to, went thru the drive thru because that is still all that they have open. Ordered a beef and cheddar with extra cheddar, was charged a dollar for the extra cheddar, got the roast beef on a beef and cheddar bun withabsolutely zero cheddar on it! Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and got no marinara sauce. Did get exactly 22packets of Arby?s sauce though! I will never stop here again!"

Usually everything is fine. But I had asked the lady if there was two sauces in the bag and she told me yes. But when I get home there was only one. So not a really big deal but would have liked two.

Currie fries hard and cold I would say almost burnt. They acted like the arby sauce was there's we asked for 5 packs she gave a look like we was in the wrong.. the 4 for 10 sandwiches was cold and a mess .

Just went through and ordered a Diablo Chicken sandwich. Drove home and discovered it was a plain chicken sandwich. The young lady is the drive thru was friendly and that's why there's 2 stars and not 1. I find the extremely elevated wages, disturbing,when simple food orders can't be followed. Won't be back.

I visited Arby's on a Sunday during happy hour, and it wasn't very crowded. I went through the drive-thru to place my order, and the service was fast—perhaps a bit too fast, as they missed part of my order. I had to wait for them to fix it, but they were friendly throughout the process. Even though the CDC has lifted all COVID restrictions, their dining room remains closed.
