"We had brunch at The Black Cow on Labor Day and don't know if we're going back. It's a shame because the food and drinks are excellent. We had to wait an hour to finally get seated. This long wait always happens. The service was poor and the waiters waitresses were all rushing around to serve people. They were also very noisy. Just watching them stressed us out. Our waitress hurriedly took our order and forgot to bring water to my Son after he asked five times. He had to ask twice for his side order of sausage and for coffee refills. He never got the side order of salsa he asked for. I asked for a refill of soda water and she brought me water. She clearly wasn't doing her job. We spent almost a $100 there and it wasn't a good experience. It seems like the restaurant could benefit with some reorganization and training. Good food is one thing but you won't find good service at The Black Cow."

"Today I stopped by (not my first time) looking for a quick snack before my run. The owner recommended one of their protein vegan bars, and it was amazing! It was a peanut butter and chocolate flavor that gave me the energy I needed without feeling too heavy. As always, the staff was super friendly and attentive. They have a wide selection of hard-to-find vegan products. I also noticed they carry my favorite sweet tea! I definitely prefer shopping here compared to ordering online. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for vegan products for dinner or snacks. They also have smudge sticks and crystals. Oh, and did I mention they have vegan ice cream and kombucha too? It's a must-visit spot!"

"The drive through was packed with the after church crowd. I ran in to get a to go order. My first thought, this was a mistake but the manager (Cole) was on it. The older guy in front of me got his order very quickly and he stopped Cole and told him theywere doing a great job. Cole was continuing to encourage the cook staff as he bagged orders in the drive through and inside. Iwas impressed to see a young man working that hard at his job. We need more people like him. My order was the best turkey baconranch wrap ever! Thank you!"

"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Our family stopped in for brunch and everyone was pleased with the food and service. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was lively. We tried the delicious salmon and capers bagel, as well as the tasty chicken panini. The ham and swiss croissant was also a big hit. Even though we are only in town for a short time, the kids are insisting on returning tomorrow to try more dishes. Highly recommended!"

"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order, and during that time, my car barely moved. The line extended all the way to the Best Buy stop sign, which made the wait feel even longer. It would be great if the staff could work more efficiently to improve the drive-thru experience."

"Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 max 5 chicken sandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what Then, she corrected herself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I’m confused too if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt like forever. Once I’m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her my coupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn’t even bother to look) and she said “$25” in a rude tone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say.I worked in customer service for quite a few years, and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer’s point of view. Overall, “Fancy” needs some retraining on her customer service skills maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry.P.S., she wasn’t wearing her name tag at the window, which just shows that she’s probably been complained about before by other customers in the past."

"I wish there was a way to give negative ratings because I had a terrible experience at Arby's. They messed up my entire order, and even when I went inside to resolve it, they still didn't give me what I originally ordered. After checking the bags, I noticed they took my incorrect order and set it aside to be served to the next customers. That is so unsanitary! On top of that, they acted as if the mistake was my fault when all I wanted was my order. They definitely need better training or a staff overhaul, especially the girl with green hair who had a really poor attitude!"

"The cashier was newer with only a months experience, which we didn’t mind. She asked multiple questions of staff, which we also didn’t mind. Then we were told there was no roast beef for 15-20 minutes after we had already paid. We didn’t mind, we just asked for a refund and would change our orders. Then the newer cashier got really sassy and whiny with her coworkers to do the refund. It was really unprofessional, and I felt like I was witnessing a toddler about to throw a tantrum to the staff. The order and refund ended up taking 5-7 minutes and then wait on food took maybe another 3-5, so we might as well have gotten roast beef.On another hand, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Every piece of porcelain was orange and stained, which I passed as really rusty water, but the bathrooms across the parking lot were fine. Awful place. Go to the McDonald’s across the street."

"My boyfriend and I dined at Arby's for dinner tonight, using the drive-thru. We received excellent and friendly service right from the start. The person taking our order was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the staff member at the window was incredibly sweet to our excited dog. Both gentlemen who assisted us delivered exceptional customer service, completing their tasks with smiles on their faces! Their sense of humor truly made our day brighter. We will definitely be returning because such outstanding customer service is rare these days. We visited between 10:00 and 10:30 PM on May 29th. Arby’s should definitely recognize those working that shift and consider giving them a raise!"

"I hadn't been to Arby's in a while, as they seem to have moved out of my neighborhood, but I found one in the area recently. I picked up some food yesterday and tried it this morning, and it was just as great as I remembered! I noticed some new items on the menu alongside the classic roast beef options—great job, Arby's! Thank you for reminding me how delicious your food still is. I really wish you would come back to the neighborhoods, as I miss being able to enjoy Arby's whenever I want. Now it feels more like a special treat that I can only have when I find a location!"
"The worst Arby?s I have ever been to, went thru the drive thru because that is still all that they have open. Ordered a beef and cheddar with extra cheddar, was charged a dollar for the extra cheddar, got the roast beef on a beef and cheddar bun withabsolutely zero cheddar on it! Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and got no marinara sauce. Did get exactly 22packets of Arby?s sauce though! I will never stop here again!"

"Well, everything time I go to this location I have a bad experiment. Today the manager had a attitude with me. I told him that I felt like he had a little attitude. He was like never that ma'am. I was like ok. But I don't think he like the fact I had acoupon that they put out, for people to come to eat their food. So wow, why do they put the coupons out if they don't want youto use them. So what really made me upset was he had me wait on my food for a good minute and they was smiling and otherpeople faces giving them they food, and taking more orders also giving these people food. When I got my food it was not hot.So if I had to wait, why was my food not hot. My food should have been hot, not in between, warm!!! So when he saw me get backin line and he was flirted with a lady in front of me for a good minute. He was like, oh ma'ma we was on our way to give it toyou and you was in line. So someone please make it make sense to me. If I had to wait, why was my food nor was my son's foodhot. Make it make sense to me.!!! So I decided to stop going to this Arby's because of that. The people that work there are not very nice. So people need to start seeing that customer service and the better the customer service is the better yourcustomers will act. "We went through drive through on our way home. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals with a large order of crinkle fries and 2 of their newest creation (the brisket) also with a large order of crinkle fries (not the curly, seasoned fries as we don't like them) and sweet tea. The person taking our order read it back to us with regular fries as the choice so I didn't think to check before we left the premises. Big mistake we get home and we have 4 orders of medium curly fries and the tea tasted funny. So we paid basically $11 per sandwich"

"So I just let the Kennesaw location Arby’s to get me a 6pcs mozzarella sticks, when i went to eat it they was cold and the cheese was not melted, also brought a ranch wrap when my fiancé bite it there wasn’t a tender inside it was a nugget. So I went back to the store and asked for fresh mozzarella sticks and my money back for the wrap. The manager Erick that was on duty asked did I want fresh mozzarella sticks I said yes and my fiancé wanted his money for the wrap. He just gave me my money for the whole order. Never again will I return to that location. He just return my money when I asked for fresh mozzarella sticks. Very rude no care in the world. "I placed an order for delivery that arrived on time, but unfortunately, the food was cold and several items were missing. It was evident that this was an operational issue. I spoke with Joseph, the manager on duty, who offered to replace the food. However, I also requested some form of compensation for my delivery fee and tip due to the inconvenience and time wasted. He refused my request. When I asked for the name and schedule of his supervisor, he provided the name but wouldn't tell me when I could reach them. Instead, he relayed a message from his supervisor, Ethan, stating that it was not his problem. I also requested the company's headquarters phone number, but as a manager, he didn't know it and refused to help further. I strongly advise steering clear of this restaurant, as they seem indifferent to customer satisfaction and do not respect your hard-earned money."

"I've always been a fan of Arby's, and it's definitely one of my go-to fast food choices. I'm especially fond of their roast beef sandwiches and gyros. However, I've encountered some locations that didn't quite meet my expectations, with stale bread or dry meat. When I visited this particular Arby's recently, I wasn't expecting much, but I was thoroughly impressed. The buns were soft and fresh, and the freshly sliced roast beef was exceptional. I highly recommend this Arby's location; it's undoubtedly the best one in all of northern Colorado."
"I am a bit more than confused about the last two visits here. I came inside about two weeks ago and ordered a ruben. The cashier was training, and the manager was letting him swim some. I asked for the 1000 dressing not to be put on, sub with spicy mustard.Cashier is struggling but the cook in the back hollers up to the front line that he heard it, confirmed with me and had mysandwich on the counter before I could even pay. It was AWESOME five stars all the way. A couple of days ago we opted to havean easy dinner and came through the drive through to get a sack of sandwiches. My wife always orders a sandwich as no bun andwrapped in lettuce. We get home to massive disappointment as the wrap was some meat thrown on top of some shredded lettuce in aclamshell. No effort at all. For some reason the meat in all the sandwiches was soggy and completely devoid of taste. It waslike eating meat water. Didn't finish, total one star experience. IDK what is going on here. Hot and cold experience withindays of one another. I hope y'all can hold it together because a majority of the other chains around Fayetteville have gonebeyond poor service and product."
