"Coco used to be a great place to eat, but unfortunately, it has really declined. The atmosphere inside feels quite dreary, and the bathrooms were not clean at all. It was disappointing! The food had an old taste to it. I decided to try a slice of the much-promoted harvest pumpkin cake, but the whipped cream was stale, hard, and greasy. As for the cake itself, it had a rough texture and tasted like pumpkin-flavored glue. It was just awful. I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but my experience was so poor that I felt compelled to share it. Additionally, the prices for the low-quality food were quite frustrating."

"I usually come here all the time for breakfast. I’m not sure when this changed, but I was unable to put that I want my eggs scrambled soft and my pancakes made light. So I called the store 2 minutes after I placed my order and requested if they could do this. An employee answered and was like your food is already bagged. He didn’t seem knowledgeable, but it’s okay because someone probably didn’t train him well enough. So he’s like I can get you to the manager. The manager is then like, “Your food is already bagged.” I’m like how is my food already made and bagged within 2 minutes!? I placed the order on the app and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. His response was, “The food is already bagged because we’re not busy.” It takes me about 8-10 minutes to arrive to this location from where I’m usually coming from. He REFUSED to make a hot meal with my requests. So, my food was cold when I received it. I just took what I paid for and left.I’ve always wondered why my food was Luke warm when I received it, but never wanted to make a big fuss. I appreciate the people who show up to work every day, but if this is who is in charge, they’re failing the customer service aspect of running this establishment."

"I went to pick up a DoorDash order here. I walked in and waited up front for 2-3 minutes before the worker sitting there looked up at me and asked if I was waiting for an online order. I said yes and they said ok and continue to sit there and not let any one know anything. I waited another 5 minutes until another worker came up and asked if I’ve been helped. I told her no and a different worker said sorry. I told them I was waiting on an order for “customer” and they grabbed a bunch of tickets and went to the back. I waited another 30 minutes while these three workers kept walking around doing other things. Finally worker 3 asked worker 1 if “the people over there were waiting for an order or something”. Worker 1 said he didn’t know because he never talked to us when he was the first person that asked. Then they got irritated when I told them that I had told them earlier that we were waiting for an online order and they all claimed they never talked to me. We ended up having to cancel the order after waiting for almost 50 minutes because of them. They have horrible service and were fighting amongst themselves the whole time I was there, in front of customers."
