"I have a mixed review...the food was very good but there was a lack of understanding by the bartender on how to fix a drink. I got a martini glass with one sot of room temperature vodka and black olives in it...yes, black olives. A far cry from Vodka up with olives which should be a full martini glass with vodka that has been shaken over ice. and green olives added. The server was very helpful and it took at least 4 trips to the bar to get drinks right. The bartender couldn't even come up with a suggestion for a fruity, sweet drink for one of us when they couldn't decide on what they wanted. Again the food Surf turf, salmon and lobster tail were excellent. The chairs are way too heavy and tough to sit on since they are not made to contour to a body. Very straight up. Also very close to the next table and too heavy to pull out for ease of getting in and out of the table. I'm glad we went, but we won't be back. At that price point, they still have many things to work out to make it worth going back."

"This restaurant is owned and operated by Alterra, the parent company of Steamboat Resort. They also run Four Points/Rendezvous lodges and Routties BBQ, all of which serve mediocre food in small portions at high prices and pay their staff poorly. Expect to pay a premium for low-quality food that likely came from a Sysco truck. The employees here do not seem to care about customer satisfaction or making special orders. The prices are outrageous, such as $9 for a dry pretzel or $10 for a draft domestic light beer. The lack of value for the high cost is disappointing. I regret paying $19 for my child's small and cold burger. After waiting months to write this review, I am still upset about the unacceptable prices and poor quality. I will not be returning to any of the resort-owned properties. It is a lose-lose situation for both customers and employees."

"This is my go-to restaurant, it seems they are going thru some changes, food was not as good as in the past, pasta was over-cooked and on top of that they have done away with live entertainment, which added to the ambiance. I hope they reconsider and bring back live music and improve their food. I have been a customer for a long time and will revisit in the future but improvements are needed at this time."

"My girl friend and I were looking for a romantic destination, and hadn't booked out ahead, so we were limited in our options. The reviews looked positive. But, it was essentially an old bar with tables and booths, high ceilings and bright ceiling lights. The food was really good, and although our soup came out cold, they reheated it. If you want any ambiance, try somewhere else. If you want good relatively inexpensive food and don't mind sitting in view of the bar and TVs, give it a shot."

"What a delightful dining experience! This was not our first visit to La Locande as we try to have a meal there when we spend time in the Phoenix area. When we arrived and were seated we noted a group of about 14 adults and several small children which worried me but the group was modestly quiet and respectful of other diners! We had a very efficient wait staff who took time to answer questions and notice needs even before we did. Toward the end of our meal we met the owner whom we had spoken to a year or so back and he remembered us and even where we had dined. Amazing !"

"The location and view is spectacular at this restaurant. The cocktails were fantastic. A party of three had Caesar salad and a the beet salad to start which were delicious. The shrimp linguine and the scallop entrees were wonderful. Unfortunately the market fish was overcooked and consequently was dry."

"Great place to visit. Hidden restaurant with magnificent views. The lobster roll, spicy chicken sandwich and Nelson's Burger. Eating is on the expensive side, but it was great! You can only reserve if you stay at the hotel. Otherwise it came first to serve first. You have tables outside if you want to order. The hotel has a small parking space that is free if you want a beach access or if you come to the restaurant."

"The table wasn't too bad – it was conveniently located next to the bar – but it took nearly 40 minutes for a waiter to bring our drinks, despite the fact that there were only a couple of open seats at the bar. To our surprise, we noticed that there were empty tables when we arrived, and by the time we started our meal around 8:30 or 9, many diners had already left. The service remained slow, the food was lukewarm and not very appealing. I wouldn't consider returning unless I were desperate for a place to eat among a crowd."

"The first time here for lunch and it was nice. The food was good. We got the crab pull. Was good, just needed a little more crabs, but taste was good, and it was creamy, not fishy. I ordered the shrimp salad. Again the taste was good, not excessive in Mayo, but the shrimps were little. Would be perfect if it only changed to larger shrimps, but still was very tasty. The sweet potato fries Coleslaw were delicious! My son ordered the Baltimore Wrap he and my mother really liked. My mother ordered 2 oranges and they really enjoyed them, and I ordered a blue Hawaiian. It was good, but didn't see the picture on her menu. Only real complaint is their website and Facebook page both say Happy Hour is from 12-6, but when we arrived, the waitress said it was changed to 2:00 so that they should really update their social media. Also, some music would suggest there were some people inside, but was somehow calm, definitely need some music playing overhead. We played a song on the jukebox on the wall, but it was so low, we could hardly hear it. Overall, very nice atmosphere, right on the water, nice staff and food and drinks were all delicious. We will return when the weather cools and next time sit on the deck."

"We didn't realize that they only offered a fixed menu at night when we made our reservation. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to pay the $80 per person. For that price, I don’t think it was worth it. Additionally, the waiter asked if we wanted some garlic bread, which we assumed would be complimentary, but it ended up costing us an extra $5. This was our first visit to La Locanda since their move to South Scottsdale, and it will likely be our last. The food was okay to good, but definitely not exceptional."

"I recently visited this restaurant for their Thanksgiving day buffet. The food presentation was beautiful and plentiful. However, I was disappointed to find that the food was served cold and lacked flavor, particularly the stuffing and potatoes. The dessert table, on the other hand, was outstanding with a great variety of options. The service was excellent, with Nico going above and beyond to make my holiday meal extra special. The dining room is spacious with large windows that overlook the water, providing a bright and pleasant view on sunny days."

"Finn Porter is a hidden gem on 10th street in downtown DC, and it is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in the city, especially for their gourmet sushi. While it may be pricier than smaller sushi spots, their menu also includes steaks, sandwiches, meats, and seafood dishes. I highly recommend starting with the Mediterranean platter, which comes with roasted red peppers, hummus, and olives – it's perfect for sharing and is beautifully presented with warm pita bread. The sushi selection is fantastic, with fresh fish and a variety of options including tofu pockets and sashimi. The main dishes, such as the ahi tuna and scallops, are on the pricier side but definitely worth it. The side dishes are large and perfect for sharing. Keep in mind that the service can be a bit slow, so plan for a leisurely dining experience. And be sure to save room for dessert – the pumpkin cheesecake is a must-try! Please note that some items on the menu may be seasonal."

"we were 'members ' in the OLD club. Maitre-de (has since retired knew us by name. The space is now very 'modern '; nice, but not the private club feel we enjoyed. Food quality is good, but not spectacular. Tough competition for them all over Chicago now. We had friendly, attentive service, and were eating a little early. Small portions, only ala carte sides. (please give people at least some potatoes and/or a veggie with their duck?! . My skirt steak was a nice med-rare as requested. If managing, I would bring in a top chef, expand the menu (add sides to proteins and REMOVE THE DAMN 20% service charge! NOT gratuity, SERVICE! We will not dine at restaurants any further with this level of add-on, that does not go to the staff. Not good business. Recommend, but only with warning about the 20% added"

"**Atmosphere:** It has the vibe of a sports bar with a couple of pool tables. It does get a bit noisy and lively later in the evening, but it really depends on what you prefer. We're here for the food. **Parking:** It can be a bit tight. **Price:** The prices are reasonable! We particularly enjoy their happy hour menu and the pizza. **Food:** We've yet to encounter any food or drinks that we didn't like! The only thing we might point out is that during our last visit, the toppings on our pizza were a little sparse, but in our previous visits, they were loaded and absolutely fantastic! **Service:** The service has been decent. We tend to receive better service during the day compared to at night. You can definitely notice when the regulars and friends of the staff are around, as there's more of a social atmosphere, but overall, I can’t complain too much since they are polite, and we usually enjoy our time here. **Overall:** As I mentioned, we really enjoy this place. It has become a regular spot for us, and we frequently crave coming here. If you're looking for a laid-back, comfortable place to relax and enjoy some great food, this is the spot for you!"

"My wife and I had planned to dine at this restaurant for the first time on our 35th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for dine-in service the day before due to Covid-19. Despite this, we decided to order takeout and were extremely impressed with the quality of the food. We are excited to dine in at the restaurant in the future and highly recommend supporting this establishment by ordering takeout during the Covid-19 pandemic."

"chef tatiana and her personal were top notch! could not have been asked for a better experience. our apps were fantastic, the smoked ahi tuna, the ripening, all to the mango salsa that accused the plate was exceptional. they were even better! the salmon was perfectly cooked, tasteful, paella was the best I had in the northeast. don't let us go on the churros! my wife and children have deleted the shield so quickly that we had to order more! brian made us incredible drinks, great entertainment, attentive staff. 10/10 experience, ambiente, eat. the total package was phenomenal by team in para maria. can't wait to come back."

"that's a cool place to have brunch. large harbour and city view. eating was quite good, though a bit expensive. cocktails are very expensive. we just made wein and moimosa. we had high-profile seats that still had a great view. I think the igloos were really cool, but they hold bigger parties and we were just 2. I think that would be nice at night. I don't know if we needed a reservation because it wasn't too busy on Sunday at noon, but how the afternoon is going to pick up definitiw. looks like all people just got drinks and were standing on the balcony. that is also an option. it was not too loud or overcrowded. the personal was friendly."

"Arancinis were great! But unfortunately I got an arugula prosciutto pizza it was overall blah, the Prosciutto was a tinted brown as if it was old or sitting out in the heat. I am obsessed with an arugula pizza everywhere I go and this has been theworst I?ve tried. Crust was super good! , wayyyyy to little arugula and of course the gross prosciutto. Service was great ,nicolette was absolutely the sweetest! She was definitely busy the other girls helped her out being the only server on thefloor. But definitely wouldn?t be my first go to , rather go to circle tavern"

"This was a cute little spot. Kind of like Victorian theme/feel. I went with my friend for brunch. The staff was attentive and the food was good. However, there was a drawback: the glasses. My friend and I ordered a bottle of champagne with our brunch. The glasses they brought us were Dirty!! Not just fingerprints or smudge. The outside had stuff gunked on that could be scraped off. Also they brought us one half glass of oj for us to split for a whole bottle of champagne."
