"I visited the restaurant on Thursday, December 22, at 9 PM, and I was disappointed with the customer service. While the cashier was polite, the kitchen staff and the order-takers were unfriendly. I requested a steak taco, but the employee hesitated and informed me that I would have to wait for it. When I agreed to wait, he seemed surprised and somewhat annoyed that I didn't mind. He then relayed this to the kitchen, and a tall man came out with a smirk, aggressively claiming that they stop serving steak after 9 PM. He turned me away, which seemed unreasonable since they close at 11 PM. It felt like they were eager to close the kitchen early and dismiss paying customers, all while displaying a negative attitude. I left feeling very dissatisfied, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere for better customer service. I wouldn't recommend this location, particularly in the evening. It’s best to skip dinner here."
