"Went there to eat, they only serve breakfast in the morning, friendly customer service. They have a very cute patio in the back, there is also setting in the front along the side. A large variety of different foods on the menu. I had the biscuit and gravy combo, comes with biscuits and gravy, bacon, and 2 eggs. They also have a BBQ pit outside."

"I would have given it 5 stars but the greeter wasnt very welcoming. But once we were seated the server,Patty , was very friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious we had seafood platter and fish tacos both fresh and delicious. We also got a slice of carrot cake it was really tasty. The atmosphere's alright too"

"First of all, the woman who seats people is not friendly, the menu cards are all mixed up, they sat my husband and I at a table in the middle and we were the first of 3 pairs of 2 people behind us, I told her The woman could move us to another table that is next to the wall and said no because there are a lot of people! Our surprise was that he seated a parent of 2 in the place I asked for, and to top it off he began to take the order from the teacher who arrived after us! Furthermore, when he put the cutlery almost on top of my hands, he put it without politeness, he didn't even ask for permission, what a horrible, very bad restaurant, even if they gave me the food, I wouldn't go back in there, what a bad experience! "We've been in Salome for two months and come here every year. We usually eat in the local restaurants but this year we have ordered takeout several times from the Salome Restaurant. We started out satisfied until the order we placed about 2 weeks ago. There was a meal missing and when we tried to call and let them know, no one would answer the phone. They WERE NOT busy when we picked up the food and they were closing within the next 45 minutes so they just didn't answer. We tried to call and order again a few days later and to let them now about the forgotten meal and they would not answer the phone. We called several times both the night it was forgotten and the night we tried to order again and they would not answer the phone. We even tried to call their other restaurant and no one would answer the phone there either. This evening we tried to order and they did answer. When the forgotten meal was mentioned they wouldn't honor it by replacing it. We ordered anyway and when we picked up the meals, (it was a $65 order), the owner said that he knew we weren't lying, but he wouldn't honor it because we didn't call and tell them about it and if they didn't answer it was because they were busy. It's a little hard to tell them about ANYTHING good or bad when no one would answer the phone. After paying for the meal, the owner went in the back and the waitress was more rude and obnoxious than I have ever seen anyone in public. We said we wouldn't be back and she said good, they didn't want us to come back, good bye. Rude and obnoxious is the nicest thing I can say about her. We wouldn't have left the order if we hadn't already paid. Someone like her shouldn't be working with the public. From now on, we will be ordering our take out at Dos Amigos or Stanfford. Both places have been very pleasant and professional to deal with, nothing like the horrendous help at the Salome Restaurant. Over a $12 meal, our party of 8 will not order again from the Salome Restaurant. They must be making a lot of money to throw away a party that paid between $65 and $100 every time we order."

"Kanela Breakfast Club in Chicago is a must visit for anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable breakfast experience. I eat here regularly, and I'm always impressed by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, some of my favorites include the monkey bread, the goat cheese omelette, and the blueberry pancakes. The monkey bread is a must try it's a giant cinnamon bun that's served warm and gooey. The goat cheese omelette is light and fluffy, and the blueberry pancakes are packed with fresh blueberries. In addition to the delicious food, the staff at Kanela Breakfast Club is also top notch. Seriously the best! They're always friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience. If you're looking for a delicious and enjoyable breakfast experience, I highly recommend Kanela Breakfast Club. You won't be disappointed."

"I've walked past this restaurant for years, and I really wish I had visited it earlier. The food was absolutely fantastic—definitely a 10 out of 10—and the prices were very reasonable. "There were three of us. An LAPD Sr. Lead Officer, a representative from the Los Angeles City Counsel. The Officer has a limited time therefore had only a glass of water. The waitress was the antithesis of the service and demeanor that has always been a hallmark of The Hamlet. She was rude, pushy and unreasonable on EVERY level. The Officer and the City rep asked only for water. I had an Arnold Palmer. The server gave us menus. We explained that after he left we two would order. That didn 't deter her from returning every few minutes to ask about our order. Perhaps it 's relevant to say that when we arrived there was ONE party of two in the entire restaurant. ONE. So it wasn 't like there was a line out the door for lunch. For the better part of a year I 've been having lunch at 1pm EVERY WEEK. And there 's NEVER been a line of guests waiting for seats. NEVER. Moments, I mean less than a minute after the Officer left the waitress returned, asked for our order and told us, make that lectured to us that we couldn 't sit there unless we ordered. Without raising my voice I told her she was rude and pushy. That he had said that once the officer left we 'd order. Then she took a different tack. She said she was just checking back to see if we were ready to order. Ready to order? after the Officer was barely in his patrol car outside your front door. I told her to look around and tell me if property were waiting for tables to be available. Of course there weren 't because it was a typical Wednesday lunchtime at the Hamlet. 40, 50 maybe even 60% but absolutely no more. A few minutes later she returned, we ordered pea soup and cornbread (my all time favorite soup whether at a Hamlet or at the now departed Kate Mantillini 's on Wilshire at Doheny). The City rep and I commented to each other how ridiculous the scenario had been. The bill was paid and we left the table. Perhaps she was having a bad day. We all have a bad day but that 's no excuse. Your thoughts?..."

"The food at this restaurant was fantastic and there was plenty of it. I chose the grilled salmon with potatoes and gravy, as well as mixed vegetables. The meal also included several dinner rolls and appetizers. There were two soup options, both delicious, making it difficult to choose. The server kindly brought me a cup of the other soup to try. For dessert, I was pleasantly surprised to receive two pots of chocolate ice cream. Overall, the value of the meal was amazing."

"Stumbled on this hidden gem.. Food was delish, staff was great. The portions a huge here for a reasonable price. I ordered the Hobo omelette which had bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, sausage, ham and cheese and hash browns on the side. Which also came with a side of biscuits and gravy.. My boyfriend ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich. He said it had great flavor and it was huge and u have a choice of soup or French fries. All together spent about $30 including our refills on coffee. Definitely will come back. Like I said food was great.."

"The breakfast burrito was quite good. It seems like they're all around $10 these days, which brought my total to $27 for a coffee, tax, and tip. Wow! Would I get it again? Maybe, or I could just make some at home. For $30 in ingredients, I could whip up a dozen of them—and they'd be organic! As for vegetarian options, they were decent. I substituted avocado for the meat, and it worked really well. Overall, it was tasty!"

There was an issue with someone complaining about my children being too loud and obnoxious, which, im sorry all children are when they are enjoyingthemselves. This is a quiet eaterie , with an older crowd. The hamburgers are soo good. I will not be going back there due to the issue I did have.my original review was forced to be taken down, so all I am going to say is if there is a problem with my review, then a response to it is deserved. "I am completely disappointed in every respect. I ordered the sirloin steak (16 oz. What I received was simply not it or even resembled that type of dish. After the first bite, I could only conclude that it was a completely unseasoned conglomerate of fat and tendons, unfit for consumption. This thing just grew in my mouth, causing me to vomit. After spitting the stuff into a tissue, I asked for the bill. It turned out that a tip is added obligatorily in the amount of 17% of the order amount and the tip item appears again during payment. I feel cheated, robbed and I feel terrible resentment towards myself for not inviting the cook to the table to consume his creation. I also feel sorry for the cow that lost its life to end so tragically."

"When we walked into the stagecoach restaurant I said two things, what a dive and I bet they will have incredible food. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with bacon. When traveling this way in the future we will stop in Homer and visit the stagecoach restaurant."
